Thanks for recipe. there are few things in video not clear can you please confirm? 1. Cold, warm or hot - When should we oil put in masala... 2 once everything mix...then you have mentioned to show sunlight for some time....in that case should we open jar or pack jar can be put in sunlight and for how much time we have to put in 7 days..can you please clarify this?🙏
Thanks Oil can be lukewarm and you have to keep salted pieces in either direct sunlight or under the fan to dry them completely , also place in sunlight for 2 hrs daily after achaar will be prepared...You can also place in sunlight time to time for its longer shelf life..Stay connected and subscribe for more interesting videos😊
@@SonalisRecipes thank you..I have made pickle of 1 kg mango and it looks same 😊 but not sure if it will test as good as yours..and I had shown 2-3 days direct sunlight for salted mango and it becomes very dry..so not sure how it will come out and test.....also I have used ground nut oil instead you suggested hope that doesn't make any much difference in test and life...last point.. should I closed jar with cotton cloth or bottle cap is sufficient and it won't let spoil the pickle 😊🙏 I wish I could share picture of pickle with you..
