I had the pleasure of filming this fella at a wedding where he had appeared as a ' Look-i-Likey ' 'Brent' gatecrashed the Reception and was just as funny ...he did The Dance just before he departed..... Very Funny!
That's a really good impersonation of David Brent to try on your mates down the pub. You have the expressions, mannerisms, language. But... not sure where this is all going. If you want to sound exactly like him, presumably to try to make your own "Office - Season 3", it's just a little too hammy and leans way too heavily on your favourite David Brent laugh and certain go-to catchphrases. You're never gonna live up to Ricky Gervais. If this is just you and your mates making this for a laugh between yourselves then much kudos to you. It is a really well produced fun parody. Don't think it'd go anywhere else though.
Unfortunately not too keen on this mate. Probably why the US office did their own thing vs. trying to duplicate/emulate D. Brent. Appreciate the effort though as it looks like a big production.
