Great video. We visit the Black Hills often…our favorite vacation spot. At the southern end of Custer State Park there is a small side road where the burros often use as their begging station. Bring some apples to feed them. Also in The town of Custer there is a great restaurant either called the Purple Pie place or at least there is a purple pig at the front of the location. Best home made pie you will ever have. They also have a scrumptious chicken pot pie. Just as an aside we visited during the height of Covid. Very few people wore masks. Went to the Deadwood rodeo…few if anyone with masks. South Dakota has a great Governor. We come from the People’s Republic of Maryland governed by fools.

That was soooooo incredible! I can only imagine how surreal it must be to see “The Presidents” in person! Even though I don’t eat beef or bison, those burgers did look very yummy! So cool to get to see some personality in the bison when he was rolling around...made me think of Maui when she does it on the carpet... but to see something so large rolling in person must have been exciting!
You have done a great job describing how fantastic SD is. Born and raised there, and now live in Iowa. Have visited the Black Hills every year for decades. It is the most relaxing, enjoyable vacation place.
Y’all continue to put out such awesome content, every video makes me feel like I’m just along for the ride! And those bison, wow!!! That would be pretty cool to be so close to hundreds of them just enjoying life.
Thank you so much Micah, that put a big smile on our faces this morning! 🥰 South Dakota has been by far the best wildlife state we have been to! So much wildlife along the roads, just living their life!
I am not sure how I found your vlog... But I am glad I did... I was born and raised here in South Dakota, spent 20 years in the Military, and 9 more working for the Government before I came home in 2014... (Although I am in Sioux Falls) I make as many trips to the Hills as I can and solo back pack in the Black Elk Wilderness area between CSP and Mt. Rushmore. (My wife thinks I am crazy for doing it at my age solo...) But it's so therapeutic for me... I really enjoy seeing people who've never been here's reactions to the Black Hills, and South Dakota in general... I already know (SPOILER ALERT) you're nervous about Needles Highway and Iron Mountain Road... LOL Can't wait to see your next post.
Hi Greg! We loooove your state! It was such an incredible surprise! We would love to backpack in the Black Elk Wilderness, we especially loved that area. And you're 100% right...Adam was VERY nervous about the Needle Highway tunnels lol 😂 We somehow forgot to do the pigtails on Iron Mountain, even though we really wanted to...oops, next time! Our next vlog will be a fun one, super excited to share it!
We want to thank you for your wonderful travel videos. They have been so helpful in our travels in South Dakota. Your information is totally accurate and helped us decide which places to visit and what to do. Today we went to Buffalo Burger and Buns. We waited an hour to be seated and we credit your video with helping us decide to wait out the hour. The burgers were by far the best we have ever had anywhere. Thanks again!
My favorite memory of camping in the Black Hills is the early mornings and the gentle sweet fragrance of the ponderosa pines. That is the best way to start the day in the Black Hills.
I love how you guys capture the beautiful part of South Dakota. This is a great video of what you can do or see in South Dakota beautiful. Very spot on what I like to see in my Beautiful State of South Dakota. Thank You Guys for visiting and telling us about where you went and ate. We are rewatching these SD videos because we’re here now for a MONTH! This is great to see again as we go out an explore. We’ve already done the Wildlife Loop and have found some good bicycling routes for us. Raining all day today so it’s a good time to A plus K binge watch. You two are quite entertaining and informative! 🤗
We had such a great time in SD. It's a great place to spend a month! There is so much to see and do there. Custer State Park should be a National Park in our eyes! Thanks and thanks for watching!
I think we’re going to the Burger and Bun tomorrow but we shall see how lunch time works out. Sturgis, Deadwood and then drive through Hill City. We just watched you get to Vancouver Island!
Thank you very much! it's been around 14 years since we've been to Mount Rushmore! And It's nice to get a good look at what's changed in the time since!
That Bison taking a dirt bath was awesome. I can't believe I grew up in South Dakota and have never seen Wind Cave. That burger is like a jalapeno popper on a buffalo burger. I really appreciate your South Dakota series, as I've taken my wife to Sioux Falls many times, where I grew up, but she has never been west of the Missouri River. So your video is helping her see how awesome a trip to the Hills can be, thank you.
That is such a great way to describe that burger, it’s so dang good! And we are so happy you can show your wife the west side of the state. We loved it so much!
The Bison have the right a way and they know it. The burros were very friendly and come right up to you. They love Harley Davidson motorcycles. We had a great time in Custer State Park. Nice video. 👍👍🇺🇸
You guys without a doubt are the best on UA-cam!! Enjoy all of your vlogs. Those burgers sure looked good, you can''t beat buffalo for taste. As always stay well and safe.
Definitely going to need to get more buffalo burgers in the future, it was sooo good! Although, it’s probably even better being in buffalo country! And thank you so much for the kind words ❤️❤️
South Dakota is a beautiful state. We were there this past September and it snowed and was very cold! But I saw some of the most beautiful sceneries in the country. Thanks for sharing!

Heading here in May. So excited. Only have a few days to try and hit all the highlights, these videos have been helpful showing us where are the “must sees”!
My 5 days in South Dakota rivals my week in Southern Utah. This area is so underrated. And what I love about it is that it is less crowded, and it's just so easy to navigate and plan.
We live in SW North Dakota and this is our favorite close place to visit, only 3 hour drive. Honestly, it never gets old driving through the hills. I grew up in Western Montana (Missoula) which is like the Black Hills on Steroids. I actually like the black hills better because so much stuff to do.
Fantastic video! We are going to this whole area in a few days! Some great info! I was watching it with my daughter and she was freaking out about all the buffalo! She thought it was so cool and funny! (she is almost 2) really great video!
We are just back from a trip to South Dakota and your tips were spot on! Get to Mt. Rushmore early--we did not make it for sunrise but did arrive at 6am. No crowds and then hit the Presidential Trail and it was so peaceful. Over on the Wildlife Loop, we stopped at the Visitor's Center to find out where the buffalo might be found. And, yes, after some driving we turned a corner and there they were. THANK YOU!!!
We're so glad to hear you had such a great trip! That makes our day to hear that we could help in anyway! The getting up and getting started early trick pays off 99% of the time! Thanks, Andrea!
So cool! My wife and I live in Alaska, but lived in Rapid City for a couple years and LOVED all there is to do in the Black Hills! We also lived near the Oregon Coast so we have a lot of your videos to watch to keep us busy! You guys are awesome.
Great video, enjoyed the Mount Rushmore segment. We went a few years ago and were amazed at the size and the skills that the workers must have had. Thanks
Must say we're so proud of you two for showcasing this amazing national monument. Never been but it's definitely on our bucket list as soon as possible. Would love to see drone scenes of this place.
Awesome video guys! I have lived here in South Dakota my whole life of 42 years. I have seen Mount Rushmore over a thousand times probably but 4th of July this year was the coolest ever! Having President Trump give a speech then seeing the Blue Angels do a flyover along with the B-1 bombers and the president's own Marine 1 helicopter and to top it all off the most breathtaking fireworks show ever!! Seeing all that will be something that I never forget the rest of my life. Thanks again for the video! P.S.... yes you can feed the donkeys. They even sell "Donkey Snacks" (carrots and other veggies) at the gas station in Keystone.
I am loving your videos. We are going to South Dakota next month and I have been researching many videos, yours are the most helpful and enjoyable. Would love to be traveling like you are.
We hope you have a great trip! Be sure to check out our website as well. We have a lot of travel guides for South Dakota and we can provide even more helpful info and tips there than in video! Thank you so much and thanks for watching!
Thanks for the scenery footage, cause here in California we're just watching the paint dry on the walls. Our skies are filled with smoke! But our 💙 are filled with hope!
@@AdventuresofAplusK yes, fire fighters from Canada 🇨🇦, Australia and others have joined the fight. This weekend we hit 111F. So it's hot, dry, windy! The fire came within 2 miles from our home but we are safe now, thanks to the dedication of the fire 🔥 fighters.
Shout out from Texas, loving the videos. I've been to a few of these places (Yellowstone, Glacier, Mt. Rainier, Yosemite, Sequoia, Cascade, Custer St. Park, Rocky Mt. Natl. Park, and a few others). Really enjoy seeing these places again through your videos. I hope I can hit the trails soon. I'm longing to be back in the mountains on those beautiful trails.
We kept checking out Adam's watch to see how early it was when you guys were out - we've never seen so little people or other cars in anyone's Rushmore/Custer SP vlogs! Good inspiration to make sure that we too wake up and get out early next summer. Thanks for such great content and giving us ideas for our vacation! BRB, got 3 more vlogs of yours to watch...
Lol, the answer is: too early! 😂😴 We got to Mount Rushmore at about 5:45 AM haha. Surprisingly not the first ones there, but it was definitely super empty! Totally worth being tired though 🙌🏼
It's a great podcast! We've been reading and listening to a lot of books and podcasts about Native Americans. It's extremely eye opening and insightful.
This was a fun video and chronicle of this day’s adventures. I know Mt. Rushmore has controversy but it is still a pretty incredible site to witness and marvel at the effort it took to construct. Loved seeing your reactions to it as my family had similar reactions when they saw the monument for the first time. Crazy. I cannot believe you didn’t see the begging burros. I have been to Custer 3 or 4 times and have always seen them on the Wildlife Loop. All the more reason to return. If you do return, do not overlook Jewel Cave. Wind Cave was neat with the boxwork formations but everyone in my family enjoyed Jewel Cave more. I am not sure if they have changed tour ticket process but we had to get in line at the ticket booth at least an hour or so before they opened. Tickets go fast during the summer. They sell out for the day probably late morning. Finally, I can’t believe I missed that burger place. It looked awesome! I remember going to the Purple Pie Place in Custer. I recall it being decent. Fun building though.
Yeah the controversy and how much it has hurt native Americans is really hard for us to swallow and to be honest, we have learned a lot more since this visit. So it’s conflicting! But how they were able to sculpt this is also impressive. And I don’t know how we got so unlucky lol!
I ve always wanted to see Mount Rushmore since I saw the movie North by Northwest and it looks like it doesn’t disappoint 👌burgers looked delicious 😋 can’t wait for next episode 👏👏👏👏👏👏
This felt like an iconic American day: Mt Rushmore, burgers, and seeing tons of bison! Very excited to share the next vlog, it’s filled with some of the best scenery of the trip!
Thanks for sharing this. The early admission helped. On a road trip from Houston and scheduled to arrive around 5am tomorrow! Would make for a great reward!
Found you today! Glad I did. We were in SD over 4th of July week after Yellowstone. We did not have near enough time and plan to go back. Thanks for the great ideas of where to go when we do!
The chicken, asparagus, potatoes pouches looked really good. The campfire pockets are really good with apple pie filling. I loved the Needles highway. We did it last summer.
I left rural sw Oklahoma and ran to Hot Springs, SD to raise my children a great education!!!! I LOVED living in SD, I just can't do the harsh winter any more
Thank you so much guys for this useful info!! I took notes and can't wait to visit these beautiful places including that burger joint in Custer!! P.s. just subscribed to the History on Fire podcast. Always wanted to learn more about the Lakota Oglala nation and it's history! 😊
Watched your great (and super helpful!) video ahead of our own visit to Custer State Park this week. On the Wilderness Loop we didn't see many animals, but we DID see lots of burros! Our son even fed a few. Sorry to hear you missed them on your visit... I guess that just means you'll have to come back to catch them in action :)
Great job with the filming and narration here- I visited the area in the fall of 2019 and had an unbelievable time. Two local things I really enjoyed were chislic, which is essentially fried steak cubes, and red beer and olives, which is SODAK's version of the michelada. Both are delicious if you're a fan of savory food/drink. Those burgers looked killer.
Ooooo the chislic sounds good! It sounds like the Pitchfork Fondue we had in Wyoming. They fry the steak on oil. We’ll have to try that on our next visit
That why we all so proud to be American . The land of Free Dome of speak . One work hard on their dream will always come true . I visited the Mount Rushmore! this iconic place in 2005 . It 's really proved the U.S.A one of a kind also so special place. All of us and continuing generation must keep & proud to be Americans. God bless Americans.
and they do the Volksmarch Twice a year one in the spring and one in the Fall. You donate 3 cans of food to the food bank and pay $5.00 to hike. Do it while you can I am sure hey will not offer it forever.
Woo Hoo I’m am totally up to date with all your videos guys!! And super excited for what’s to come!! Mount Rushmore is definitely on my bucket list😍😍😍P.S. Just became a Patron🤗Stay safe guys & doggy hugs to Kona🐶❤️🐶
My favorite Mt Rushmore movie is an old one. Alfred Hitchcock's North by Northwest. See it before visiting the monument and see how much the viewing area changed from the 1950s.
@@marksauck8481 the visitors center and parking lot has changed so much. My first trip was in 1986. There might have been a total of ten cars there and a few people in the tiny gift center. Boy have things changed.
I stumbled upon your blogs and wanted to mention that I'm from eastern South Dakota and we took a family trip to the Black Hills over Labor Day. We did the wildlife loop but only saw the bison and a couple of prong horn/ antalope while there. If you do Sioux Falls I strongly suggest eating at Phnom Penh on North Minnesota Ave. Jesse James jump in Garretson is pretty cool to see.
I’m glad we weren’t the only ones that missed the burros! And thank you so much for the suggestions! We did visit Sioux Falls and will have to check out that spot next time. It looks delicious!
The burros are usually found at the southern end of the wildlife loop. There's a pull off parking area where they usually hang out. They are very friendly until they find out you don't have any food for them, then they start ignoring you. Last time I went through it was midday and a lot of cars on the loop. We got stuck for about an hour in a bison traffic jam.
Last time I went I stayed at a cute ranch that Calamity Jane stayed in one of the cabins. In the fridge they had a bag of carrots to feed the Burrows at Custer!
Hey I just stumbled across you're videos. I live in Rapid City, and I have a similar dream of traveling the world in a bus I bought. Thanks for showing Sodak some love, sometimes I forget how lucky I am to live here. This video, and your last one, definitely gave me some nostalgia for my home. I'm not sure if you guys are still here, but I would be happy to give you a few tips of places that would be cool for you guys to visit!
We are so happy to give you some nostalgia! You live in such a beautiful place! We unfortunately are no longer in SD, but if you have any tips for our next visit, let us know! 😄 (PS: that’s awesome about your bus!)
Aloha from Rapid City! We explored Custer State Park yesterday and was able to find those hungry burrows about a mile away from the Bison House. We also toured Wind Cave yesterday and the cave was totally awesome and I highly suggest you return to this National Park and check it off your NP list as we are doing as well. Did you get a Passport Book stamp book too? It’s a lot of fun to fill that book up with NP stamps and stickers! Mahalo for your excellent videos once again!❤️
Aloha! Yes we really want to get back there and see Wind Cave! We loved our time in SD! We don't do the stamp book, but we collect a patch from each park! Thanks and thank you for watching!

LOL
Can't wait to see your next post.
Greg, my exact feelings. Have lived in SD for 22 years and hike all over the Black Hills.
We are so happy to hear that they were worth the wait! Thank you so much for trusting our advice ❤️
A new friend from California! Mt Rushmore is on my bucket list! Thanks for sharing this amazing and historical video! Glad to connect with you!
Thanks for watching Suri! 😄
My favorite memory of camping in the Black Hills is the early mornings and the gentle sweet fragrance of the ponderosa pines. That is the best way to start the day in the Black Hills.
There's nothing better!
I love how you guys capture the beautiful part of South Dakota. This is a great video of what you can do or see in South Dakota beautiful. Very spot on what I like to see in my Beautiful State of South Dakota. Thank You Guys for visiting and telling us about where you went and ate. I will definitely check out your channel for more vacation ideas.🤗🤗🤗❤❤
Thank you so much for watching! And we are so happy you enjoyed the video and seeing the places we visited in your home! ❤️
I love that you guys were there soooo early! Beautiful first thing in the morning.
1000% worth it! We loved seeing it in blue hour and after the sun came up!
Yes! Definitely appreciate watching it that clear. Thanks for the extra effort. Beautiful vlog ♡
We’re glad we could share it with you! 😄
Mt. Rushmore looks soo cool! Love seeing the country through you both!
Thanks so much for adventuring around the US with us! 🥰
My wife and I finally got to visit Mount Rushmore this week…..it was awesome. This video was a great inspiration: thank you.☺️
Glad you enjoyed it!
We loved it so much!
hmmmmm.. really nice and informational video...

The Bison have the right a way and they know it. The burros were very friendly and come right up to you. They love Harley Davidson motorcycles. We had a great time in Custer State Park. Nice video. 👍👍🇺🇸
A motorcycle on the wildlife loop sounds super exhilarating! I was a bit nervous with how close the bison got to us in the van lol!
Great Videos. Im from western South Dakota and i love my home state. keep the videos coming and thanks for coming here.
We love it too! 🥰 Thanks for watching!
An other great video! Two extra "Great Faces" in the state I love SOOOO much! Thank you!!!
Hahaha thank you! ❤️
South Dakota is a beautiful state. We were there this past September and it snowed and was very cold! But I saw some of the most beautiful sceneries in the country. Thanks for sharing!
Oh wow! We would’ve loved to see it in the snow!
I have some videos of an elk and some bears at the Bear Country with snow on the ground. I still have to put my videos together so I can upload it here in UA-cam! 😀😀😀
Hello to this awesome couple... Watching your video helped me out alot this weekend I went so South Dakota . I explored several things y'all talked about. I was a wonderful adventure. I'm definitely going back soon... Thanks for your videos.keystone was nice ... I ate a buffalo burger from ruby's awesome. Thanks again
We are so glad it helped! That's our biggest goal!
Crazy Horse is soooo cool! And Mount Rushmore as well! Went with my grandpa when I was kid. South Dakota is so neat!
South Dakota is amazing! We loved learning a lot of Native American history there!
I watched in awe...My husband and I did the same exact trip last week! All the same places. We are now in Glacier National Park. Have a fun rest of your trip
Have an amazing time at Glacier! That is where we were before this and it is stunning!
Loving these vlogs! I'm binge-watching your South Dakota episode since I'll be making a trip there in June. Getting even more excited!
Woo! Thanks so much for watching Esther!
Heading here in May. So excited. Only have a few days to try and hit all the highlights, these videos have been helpful showing us where are the “must sees”!
We are glad that the videos have helped! We spent about 3 days in the Black Hills and it was awesome!
Your videos are so much inspiration and goals for me 🤗🥰
Thank you so much for watching Meli! 💕
My 5 days in South Dakota rivals my week in Southern Utah. This area is so underrated. And what I love about it is that it is less crowded, and it's just so easy to navigate and plan.
We reeeeelly loved SD too! Tons to do, crowds aren’t outrageous and we agree, east to navigate! We’re glad you had a great trip!
We hope you have a great time! SD is so underrated and is one of our favorite states! You’ll see lots of wildlife!
The Black Hills really blew us away! Thank you and thanks for watching!
Great video, enjoyed the Mount Rushmore segment. We went a few years ago and were amazed at the size and the skills that the workers must have had. Thanks
It’s pretty spectacular! I cannot imagine sculpting that! 😱
Must say we're so proud of you two for showcasing this amazing national monument. Never been but it's definitely on our bucket list as soon as possible. Would love to see drone scenes of this place.
Oh man, so would we! Unfortunately no drones allowed, but maybe the national park service has flown one there. Would be incredible!
Added Burger and Bun to our itinerary this past week when visiting south dakota thanks to your video. It was amazing!!! Thanks for the recommendation!
Yay!!! Which burger did you get?
That is so funny that they sell donkey snacks! 🤣 Man, we really need to come back and try to find them so we can feed them!
hmmmmm.. really nice and informational video...

Thanks so much for this video. Going with my 10 yr old son and my doy in early August.
We hope y'all have a blast!
Thanks for the scenery footage, cause here in California we're just watching the paint dry on the walls.
Our skies are filled with smoke! But our 💙 are filled with hope!
We are so sorry to hear about the fires! Are they getting any better?
@@AdventuresofAplusK yes, fire fighters from Canada 🇨🇦, Australia and others have joined the fight. This weekend we hit 111F. So it's hot, dry, windy! The fire came within 2 miles from our home but we are safe now, thanks to the dedication of the fire 🔥 fighters.
Oh wow! 😱 That temperature sounds brutal, hang in there! ❤️
Adventures with the Ethington's it’s 99 F in Encinitas right now
Loving the SD videos!! ❤️
Yay, we’re so glad! It was such a fun trip!
Such an awesome adventure! I also love your editing style! Goals!
Thank you so much! ❤️
Thank you so much Ace! We hope you can too! We especially miss the west coast mountains right now 😍
these vids are always so hyped! Thank you for the great content!
Thank you so much for watching Connor! 😃
Great Job guys, love the extra information on the burgers!
Thank you Ronald! Those were some of the the best dang burgers ever!
You two are so much fun to watch! Going to be in SD in two weeks. Can’t wait.
We hope you have a great trip! Thanks and thanks for watching!
Really love the video, I am planning a trip for me, my son, and a friend, this video has me wanting to go right now!
Thank you so much for watching Steven!
Beautiful camera work of a hidden gem of a beautiful place.
Thank you so much!
Thankyou for suggesting the podcast about Crazy Horse!! I am going to check it out 👍
It's a great podcast! We've been reading and listening to a lot of books and podcasts about Native Americans. It's extremely eye opening and insightful.
Oh yes !! I am in awe of anything about the Native Americans!! I have fallen asleep to Native American flute for quite some time 😴 😌
This was a fun video and chronicle of this day’s adventures.
Great video! We are actually staying in a campground near the Wildlife Drive in September! I can’t wait to see all of these amazing sights! Woo Hoo!
You’re going to love it!
That's awesome! Yes definitely get there early! We hope y'all have a great time! Thanks for watching!
Crazy Horse Monument is also a must see!
Absolutely! We loved getting to see it!
i actually visited south dakota in july and it’s really really beautiful especially in person
It is such a gem!
Found you today! Glad I did. We were in SD over 4th of July week after Yellowstone. We did not have near enough time and plan to go back. Thanks for the great ideas of where to go when we do!
We’re so glad you did too! 🥰 We are happy we gave you more ideas for next time!
Been here for four months I love this state
Woo! We loved it, glad you are loving it too!
The chicken, asparagus, potatoes pouches looked really good. The campfire pockets are really good with apple pie filling. I loved the Needles highway. We did it last summer.
We have tried them with apple too and it's soooo good! And also berries with cream cheese!
I left rural sw Oklahoma and ran to Hot Springs, SD to raise my children a great education!!!! I LOVED living in SD, I just can't do the harsh winter any more
SD is an amazing place! We can see how it might be a little tough in the winter tho 😂! Thanks for watching!
Now you've got me interested in Burger & Bun Co. 'GLUTEN FREE BUNS' I'm on it.!!
Always makes me happy when I can eat a bun with my burger 😃
@@AdventuresofAplusK Same here!
Great video! Reminds when I took my family to South Dakota. Bummed you weren’t able to see the burrows.
Do you remember which part of the Wildlife Loop you saw them? Hoping others can find them easier than us!
We saw them on the southern side of the wilderness loop. On the map it’s showing it as the Buffalo Corrals area.
Ah good to know! I remember driving by there and nothing was around. Our timing must have been bad, but hopefully others have better luck!
Thank you so much guys for this useful info!! I took notes and can't wait to visit these beautiful places including that burger joint in Custer!! P.s. just subscribed to the History on Fire podcast. Always wanted to learn more about the Lakota Oglala nation and it's history! 😊
The podcast is super awesome! We hope you enjoy it! And definitely let us know if you visit and try the burger 😃
im heading back to the black hills to work in a week this'll be my 3rd season working there it never gets old
Love it there!
Ahhh yay, so glad you got to see them! We will definitely be back to try again!
Love Mt. Rushmore!
It’s pretty spectacular to see the detail!
I just subscribed to your channel....we have been there in 2009 ...and have plans to visit again in October this year...love your videos so far.
Oooo it’ll be so magical in the fall! 😍 Thank you so much for subscribing!
The park rangers have a ever cool lighting ceremony that takes place at sunset. Definitely worth checking out.
We would love to see that!
The Volksmarch is when you get to walk up to the top. It is a great hike and I highly suggest coming back for that if you can.
We would loooove to!
and they do the Volksmarch Twice a year one in the spring and one in the Fall.
What an awesome surprise to wake up to this morning! 🙌🏼 Thank you sooo much! ❤️🎉 Kona says hi!
Just came across your channel. Love the video. Van life looks awesome 😊
Thanks and thanks for watching!
Awesome video ! I enjoy your channel !
Thank you so much for watching! 🤗
Love , love this video! You guys are adorable! Amazing places in SD. Would love to go some time, hopefully soon after we get the rig we want!
It makes for a great road trip! Thank you so much for watching and for the kind words! ❤️
My favorite Mt Rushmore movie is an old one.
Alfred Hitchcock's North by Northwest. See it before visiting the monument and see how much the viewing area changed from the 1950s.
Haven't seen the whole thing, but have seen those parts. Pretty neat!
@@marksauck8481 the visitors center and parking lot has changed so much. My first trip was in 1986. There might have been a total of ten cars there and a few people in the tiny gift center. Boy have things changed.
Put Black Hills Burger on the SD list... THANK YOU!!!
Just fyi…it’s apparently transformed into a pizza joint from what we’ve heard!
We are going next June looking forward to it already
We hope you have a great time!!
Heading to South Dakota next week!!! Great video!!!!!
Thank you Julie! Have a great trip! 🙌🏼😃
Loved loved this video !! 🤗🤗
Thank you so much Pamela, we're so glad!
Great video, educational and fun!
Thank you!
Went and got the "hot granny" because of this excellent video. It was excellent!
Yay! So glad you enjoyed it!
Way to make South Dakota look pretty darn interesting. Kinda really wanna go now...
It's an absolutely beautiful state! You definitely should go!
They would’ve hated us then since we had no food haha! And wow, that’s a really long bison jam!
Me and my family will be there on may 27-30 ! Can't wait
Have a blast!!! It's so beautiful there!
@@AdventuresofAplusK thanks 😊 we are so excited!!!!!
Last time I went I stayed at a cute ranch that Calamity Jane stayed in one of the cabins. In the fridge they had a bag of carrots to feed the Burrows at Custer!
That is awesome! 🙌🏼 We hope we can see them next time!
Mount Rushmore is one my favorite places to visit!
The sculptures are pretty impressive!
@@AdventuresofAplusK You're telling me! Heck I'll take photos there all day from sun rise to sunset!
