For 20 years now there has been talk of making this into a museum.... meanwhile, it's fallen into such disrepair that it will eventually be torn down due to safety considerations. There have been some documented deaths due to trespassers falling and has since become even more secured and restricted.

Great structure, but I think that the repeating the same footage over and over, interleaving it with talking heads format ruins it. I’ve seen some better videos from UA-cam amateurs on this structure.
