@@sakanablesakanable similar humour is a movie called "the professor" Johnny depp , newer one "I care a lot" is so funny I don't think they even meant it but at points it's harrowing but I was creased over chuckling, there's a movie called "the guard" which has brendan in it too an thats amazing , but I'm guessing your not in UK? Theres a show called derry girls , pretty much very similar , the movies are very different but the build up an jokes are very similar
You only get Ralph Fiennes for such a small part of this movie, but the fucking gravitas he brings to the movie; whether its funny or viscous, he just steals the show. Incredible cast, brilliant writing and directing and THE MUSIC! I've never seen so many chekov's guns in one movie, from the actual guns, to the coins in ken's pocket because he didn't have enough change to go up the tower, the tower worker being an ASSHOLE to Harry; giving Eric enough time to warn Harry about Ray and sparing Ken, the dwarf in the child's clothes, the dum dum bullets that Harry insists that "he shouldn't".... It's just masterful writing

I like how when harry called and asked for ray if he was there but Ken thought he wanted for ray to be there to listen even tho Harry just wanted ray to not listen what he had to say. These little details make the interaction more realistic. instead of just suddenly the characters understanding each other.
Gleeson's plod and sideways shake of his head while looking for a non existant Farrel supposedly listening at the door,the mangy sad dog reflecting how Farrel feels--just play the whole film!

Great movie, but I'm not sure what was funny about the last scene. In fact, all you did was post a huge spoiler for anyone who hasn't seen it. Literally feel the last clip was there simply to troll. Anyone who has seen the end of this knows it wasn't really that funny... unless you're like, Charles Manson weird.
First of all, don't go searching up clips of a movie you haven't seen if you don't want spoilers. Second, it's funny because he was suicidal the entire movie, but the thought of hell being like Bruges makes him want to live. It's dark comedy.
