@@BmoreVisuals I can answer this question for you, tested some the other day at three points around my house where I started getting break up. I found that the stock antennas are actually better than these. I was very disappointed. There are no instructions to come in the box or any sort of indication that I need to change something with my settings to take advantage of these. So I just plugged and played them. And I found that not only was the flight performance worse when I got to those areas. But the artifacts on the screen were apparent more quickly. So yeah, as far as short range obstacle improvement connection… Nada
@@EastTactics What is your impression one month later? I got mine two days ago and I´m pretty disappointed at the moment. They seem to be worse than the originals (omni) from DJI.
@@captainthruster9484 Please! This is unrealistic. People are way more likely to be flying around obstacles than flying off of a wide open mountain ledge...SMDH!
I hat it when my Tango gives me "sensor lost" and a little vibration as well. Freaked me out every time so now I disabled these warnings. I have logical switches and audio alerts for low LQ instead... flight is amazing, Axiis seem nice. would be interesting to compare them (with measurements and numbers) against the iflight patches and my 3turn helicals... greets, Mario
this looks like a normal clickbait. zero information about the drone configuration, which goggles are - V1 or V2 - what the transmitter is. Thread. It looks poor gentlemen and you lose a lot of it. the test has to be honest, not just strolling about how wonderful and crazy it is. yes, anyone can talk on UA-cam.
I was looking for some reviews of this yesterday and was disappointed to see no real reviews.. and Bamm:) glad you guys done it Phil, thanks! are they a major upgrade from the V1s, what would you say? I have the stock antennas only, and just planning to put in an upgrade.
Maybe a dumb question but I thought you were supposed to match the crossfire TX/RX antenna orientation? The quad has it horizontal and your Tango had the antenna vertical?
que excelente prueba va muy lejos, una consulta como sacan el video que recibe las gafas a el monitor externo o como muestran en otra pantalla adicional ?
Are those v1 or v2 googles. I currently have the v2 and the same axii hd2 antenas and I was wondering should I put the patches on the top or bottom connectors on the googles. Looking forward to your reply. Thank you!
Patch antennas connected to the bottom is the suggested configuration. Then if you have stubbies or other omni antennas, those go on top for best clearance and reception.
Ihr seid mega. So tolle Videos von euch 😍 ich habe mir die Antennen gerade auch bestellt dank euch. Darf ich fragen welche Antennen oben auf der Brille montiert werden? Die Originalen? Danke für eure Hilfe!! Macht weiter so tolle Videos! Viele Grüße
So I have the v2 goggles and just recieved my AXll HDll and did a flight test and lost reception just going around the corner of a building and the orientation of the patches are correct so what could be the issue on myside?
Bulky, but X-air is more better! 8.4dbi 76 degrees of the horizontal beam vs 9.5-10.5dbi 120degree. It`s is very big difference. The beast - X2-air with 13dbi and 150deg beam. Old 55$ iflight Crystal HD set has 9dbi and 105hor deg. Lumenier AXII HD2 is fancy, cool looking antenna but not effective. Only for woooow effect.
No. DJI FPV drone work with Ocusync 3.0 2.4Ghz. You can boost you drone up to 1200mW and easy fly 20km+...but battery....For example Mavic 3 uses Ocusync 3.0/3.0+ and can reach 23km+ in suburban and field
Amazing test and great results! What a beautiful place to fly!! We love the work you do Cinequads, epic!
I don't know if this is a fair example of range especially considering that of course you would get awesome range in the middle of no where
Yeah, i was looking to see how they perform with obstacles

Do you think people are going to try to test range in the middle of a major city or something? Try to be realistic dude

Bitrate subtitles would be a good tone.
The picture can be at 2 megabits, but the whole point of HD is high bitrate and clear picture.
Does this really make a difference in range vs the OEM ones?

I got less range with this setup over stock, am I doing something wrong? It's just plug and play right?

How are you getting video out from the FPV 2 goggles? It doesn't look like the DJI smartcontroller to me...
Hi, can I know what antenna on your quad? And DJI goggles v2 using 700nW?
same question here!
Most youtubers fly with 25mw. Maximum 200mw. Look here ua-cam.com/video/TSk1RPB-3T0/v-deo.html
Are u using dji v2 goggles?
How many mw on the Tango 2 and goggles and were you using Lion or Lipo on the kwad? Nice vid
Maybe a dumb question but I thought you were supposed to match the crossfire TX/RX antenna orientation?
The quad has it horizontal and your Tango had the antenna vertical?
They had two crossfire antennas mounted on the frame one vertically and one horizontally.
@@madeinhimalayas Oh I didn't spot that, thanks

Did you using with google V2?
Do these work with the dji fpv goggles v2 (as opposed to the v1)? Thanks
I saw you on Niklas channel...
Bro you are soo crazy love you mam...
Ausome content ❤️
it's also the controller + crossfire right? Stock DJI controller won't give me this range?
I wondered the same - would love to see a test with stock DJI controller
do you have any vid of how to build a quad with similar specs? It would be awesome if you could include the 3d printer parts
Do these improve the DJI FPV Drone range too? Thanks.

@@surf1punk I can not find any suggestions anywhere. For DJI Goggles V1 AND V2 same configuration?
Was the test done on v1 or v2 goggles? V2 have different arrangment of tx/rx of the antennas than v1
Can you go further?
5km i can get with stock antenna, so 7km imho is not so impressive at all!
I miss flying 20km+ like I flew with analog.
Nice! Bando/not so good conditions next 🚀
Great work guys! 👏😎
i have the old ones, is it worth to upgrade? Almost perfect location ;-)
Really good Test. I have bought one of yellow version.
i though the stain on the lens was my screen LOL
Would it hurt performance if there were stickers on the front lense?
I would like to know also
What is that on the side of the goggles that says "2"?

How about Mjölnir (Maple Wireless) ?

Shit test! Standard DJI antennas can give the same results. Only need switch power to 700-1200mw. Need to test in difficult conditions.
