A comeback call is a very specific call, you got the call right but you should explaine this call isn't for when they decide have decided to leave and are 80 yards away going for something else. The specific application is if they are not committed to landing and have swong over the decoys and break off at a 45 the instant they break off 45 they could still be over the decoys you hit them with this and the go back into the pattern. If they are 60 yards out and decided to go on the correct thing to do is re great them with a 2-5 note quack. I see this in the field alot people will be hitting a comeback call to ducks that aren't breaking off and are leaving at that point you should be re greeting them or do single quacks annd chatter to put them back in play. Think of the comeback as a what the hell are you doing call instead of a return call and you will score more with it. So when the ducks go like there going to land and miss you hit them with it.
Gotta love that Rick Hahne Call!!!
Best way I've learned to explain when to use each call is like a baseball diamond. Because you need to know them all to be super efficient !
Care to explain? Need some help with them.
My favorite UA-cam channel by far. You help me so much in my hunting and calling. I came as soon as I got the notification.
Nice Job!
Nice video! Great explanations on the techniques! 🤙🏼
Great video. Love watching these!
You actually delay or drag out that first note, then speed up the last 5-7 notes.
Good video, most descriptive way to do it compared to other videos on UA-cam! Someone will get use out of this compared to how I learned!

Thank you soo much this helped me out sooo much
What duck calls do you use
Do you ever duck hunt without duck decoys and just a caller? It's just that I've called in ducks without them decoys.
Thanks
