Good instruction Josh! At 53 years old I decided to pick up the sport of duck hunting. Your calling videos have been paramount in my education on calling. I’m no competition duck caller by any means, but I am functional and can talk to our fine feathered friends! Thanks for posting these!!!
Me and my neighbor communicate back and forth to communicate 😂. Different calls mean different things "hail- i need help" "greeting- come over" "feeder- bring your own beer, i don't have enough" its entertaining!
@Bryan Mercado one of my regrets when I was down there is not smacking some birds. I did have a local want to take me turkey hunting, but his plan involved running if someone started shooting at us haha
Thank you for being so straight forward and to the point. It seems like everyone else wants to tell their life story when I just wanna here about how to do a call.
I liked how you put in there that the way you say things can be different than the next guy. This is so true! Sometimes the Ten Ten Ten doesn’t work for some but your way does! Nice vid!
I usually use that sequence as a hail to get their attention. Once I get their attention it’s usually just small quacks and feed chuckles. If they are flying away while I’m working then I might use that sequence to try and turn them back again.

Thanks for the great video! Helpful for the newbies like me.
Heck yea I love using the Greeting call in the blind
All my duck calls are old wooden iverson's and they sound absolutely beautiful and then I have a Pacific calls honker call
Once my reeds get wet the sound is off should I get a better call at what
