Dennis did state that "Mr. Casey got respect" despite being smaller than most students. Dennis goes on to say that Casey was the type of teacher who wasn't "afraid of students deep down inside the way that so many teachers are ." Mr. Casey became my favorite character in Christine, I wish they would bring more of him to the scene. :(
William Ostrander who played Repperton was 23 when it was made, It was common practice to use people in their 20s to play teenagers. Ostrander looked old for his age though, he looks about 30.
Buddy is not so tough, he picks on Arnie cause he 's smaller and not a fighter, but would not go after Dennis, cause he's a jock and will fight back. A typical bully.
But they get what they deserve. Glad Dennis got the satisfaction of punching Bully Buddy, even though Mudguts Moochie put a stranglehold on him and grabbed his crotch.
Repperton is so small as a human being , no words can describe how small he is in his attitude , and his kind are all over the place in all colors and sizes and apperances .
Even for 1978 this scene is so dated, 50s greaser with a switchblade. You're gonna stab this kid up for being a nerd?! Wow bro! No wonder you're 40 and still in high school.
that switchblade (s) is a rizzutto estileto milano . if you look closely they used both the step bolster and batwing swinguard stiletto version in that scene . anyways, they are a real piece of shit knife that brakes if you look at them the wrong way sold in mexico during the 60,s, 70,s and 80,s . . made in japan not italy . they are a very cheap clone of the real italian 60,s midlock milano italian swinguard . thats a really rare , hard to find knife . unlike these pieces of shit they were actually good quality knives .
The 80s were the worst movies ever, full of cliches and poor acting. I was a teenager then and it was embarrassing. This guy in the black t shirt looks older than the teacher
I love when the dish of revenge is served up to all three ... how sweet !
Teach didn't flinch and buddy was shocked. 😄
Real men see through the emotional bullshit lol Buddy looked a total bitch.
That's a badass teacher though

Jonah Hill and John Travolta at their finest.
Jonah Hill is 37 and this movie was made in 83. One year before Hill was even born
@@rexlint2520 it's a joke. How old are you? Lol. We know it's neither one of them. What happened to having a sense of humor these days?
@@chrisoverbey7232 older than you
I didn't see Travolta, but I saw Mrs. Travolta in the movie...
Won of my favourite horror movies. Great music. Beautiful car. The guy went from nerd the supercool pretty well
Juan of mine too!
@@justincase4812 Lol I see what you did there.✌

Didn't stop Moochie doing a stranglehold and a groin squeeze. P.O.S.
for years I thought Buddy was John Travolta!
Not Travolta...but his wife is in this movie, RIP.
Those 30 year old High School bullies are the worst.
I was in junior high in the mid 70s , trust me, kids looked older back then...
@@Randythesavage777 I graduated in 1975. Don't remember kids looking older.
I'm talking for my experience . some junior high kids with lots of facial hair and they looked older.
Buddy was 23 here
Haha cougar and the “it’s really p i ssing me off guy” from ghostbusters
Another movie with a cool old 50s car😎
"HEY! YOU WANNA SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!! I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO GARBAGE LIKE THAT COMING FROM YOU BUDDY!!! Now what were you saying Arnie?"
Steven King creates the most disturbed bullies
He must have a lot to hide
But they get what they deserve. Glad Dennis got the satisfaction of punching Bully Buddy, even though Mudguts Moochie put a stranglehold on him and grabbed his crotch.
Thought that was Jonna Hill for a minute
First thing I thought also
That the guy from animal house?
Great movie 👍
2:52 Mr Casey aint buying Buddy's shit lol

Big ego equals small appendage.
The bully with the light grey shirt is the student that was getting electric shocks from
Peter Venkman in Ghostbusters.
Thanks, I was wondering where I had seen him before.
@@andrewd1154 Good to see he gave up his bullying ways and went to get an education.
@@flashkraft True! Although I do get some pleasure watching him get shocked now..
Never knew Tom Brady played Dennis
I like this movie
They shot this scene 180 times ...
Where he shoves Arnie Cuntingham makes him slip and fall you can really hurt someone like that
Buddy would be in high school to this day if Christine hadn't run him over
Top movie
The bully looks like Jim Morrison.
I was thinking more like John Travolta.
Who else thought that was travolta?
Funny that you mentioned it.
When I was a kid, I thought that was Grease, and when I watched both of these movies, I got so confused about this movie.
Jim Morrison turned badass
I'd have asked buddy how's his face before leaving?
Is that Cougar from Top Gun?
It is!
0.09 is that Kramer?!
Trade School in the 80's
They need to bring back high school/trade schools back like they did
Late 70s…that when the movie is set.
1:01 Boy took a feather?
I bought four of those switch blades for like $25 in Mexico in 1975.
Uhh, alright.
Jim morrison!
How old was Buddy supposed to be??
18
0:39, 0:43, 0:58, 1:06, 1:15, 1:19, 1:28, 1:59, 2:12, 2:18, 2:42, 2:48, 2:51, 3:17, 3:23, 3:31, 3:35
Is that Kramer?
Yeah we need more bleeps like this …way to ruin it. Mr bleeper should be your new name.
Rick moranis?
No...he was the guy that gets shocked in the beginning of Ghostbusters.
Even for 1978 this scene is so dated, 50s greaser with a switchblade. You're gonna stab this kid up for being a nerd?! Wow bro! No wonder you're 40 and still in high school.
Found the nerd
So the movie is actually based in 1978, even though it came out in 1983?

This scene introduced me to swingguard switchblades. I love them! 😃👍
You sure it wasn't a spoon cause it looked to me like a spoon

You said it buddy.

Today's CGI and green screen bullshit is the worst so called movies ever.
