Dr. Peterson, with all due respect, we, as Iranians, would greatly appreciate it if, when discussing matters of terrorism, you could kindly use the full name of the government as the 'Islamic Republic of Iran,' as Mr. Bennett did, rather than simply 'Iran.' This distinction is important, as it helps avoid confusion and ensures that people do not mistakenly believe that Iranians support terrorism. It is, in fact, the Islamic regime of Iran that supports such activities, not the Iranian people.
Thank you and I love you Dr. Peterson

I wanted to share with you that on the last video, the short version of this interview, Dr. Peterson received many comments similar to yours, and he responded to every one with thanks and promises to remember and use the correct terminology and to wish your people luck. I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you how much we are rooting for you all here in the States. We care about your people suffering under the regime so very much and want better for you.
      God bless you.

I appreciate this interview and the clarity of Naftali Bennett's answers to Dr. Peterson's questions. I am a Toronto Christian pastor, the grandson of a Holocaust victim (Auschwitz), and the son of the Jewish poster child for Kindertransport (England). My father suffered greatly as a Jewish child living in Berlin pre-WW2, yet I never heard my father speak as a victim. He taught me to be grateful for each day. When I was in Israel in February 2022, I continually heard the perspective that Naftali Bennett portrayed - that the people of Israel have a mission to bless the world with their innovation and abilities. I met Eli Beer of United Hatzolah, the epitome of this mindset. Am Israel Chai.

Judaism and Christianity should become same soon. It was a family feud in the beginning, the adults need to convey the message to the rest of the family.
What if Judaism accepts Jesus as savior, and Christianity renounces the trinity ?

My grandfather left Iran a long time ago, and I grew up in Central Europe, in Hungary. He always told me, “Be grateful that we can be here. Never forget what this country has given us.” Yet, I know his biggest dream has always been to return to Iran, to see it one last time before he dies. A few days ago, I caught him crying while reading the news. I had never seen him cry before. When I asked what happened, he said, “The idea of getting rid of this regime feels so close.” He was imagining the happiness and hope that a free Iran could bring.
I sat next to him and listened as he opened up for the first time about the horrors he endured as a Persian Jew under the Islamic regime. So much pain, so much darkness. It’s a heavy burden he’s carried for years.
I truly hope that with Israel help, this regime will fall, and we can build a brighter future for the generations to come. They deserve better. Humanity deserves better.

"Necessity is the mother of invention" according to Plato. I was impressed with Naftali Bennett in the interview, he came across as a highly intelligent, pragmatic man with genuine humility. He was thinking about ways in which Israel could do better, how it could find solutions. Good section in which he and Dr Peterson discussed the history of the Jews and the years in the desert. This was one of the best interviews with a politician that I've heard. It shows that politics needs more men and women who have done well in another job first, rather than the career politicians who start out in student politics and often only care about winning the argument, crushing the opponent. Such people have rarely lived in the real word and are woefully out of touch with the electorate. Israel always gets judged harshly but we have to imagine ourselves living in a state with hostile neighbours on three sides, of course you would have to be on permanent war footing. Jewish people have always punched above their weight - eg the large number of Jewish Nobel Prize winners - and non-Jews need to emphasise learning and civilised debate amongst the younger generations, well any generation really ! About 20 miles south of where I live there's an Orthodox Jewish community and some of them drive up here to walk in the local park. The families often have four, five or six children, usually English-speaking but you do hear Yiddish sometimes. The families have plenty of conversation and the children are well behaved. Given the size of the Orthodox Jewish families in Israel (I've seen documentaries telling of anything from six to sixteen children!), it was interesting to hear Naftali Bennett say the overall average in Israel comes out at three per family, with replacement population rate at 2.2. Great interview, thanks to you both.

Bennet is much more impressive as a private citizen than as a career politician. There is a *major* divide between the two figures that is Bennet, unfortunately it’s exasturbated as the years have gone by. At his peak, he garnered around a 6th of the parliament running on the far right, but he tried to reframe himself to the center of the political map and in the process did some shady shit and got hammered in the polls as a result. I already commented beforehand that it’s kind of strange to interview him as he has little standing among the Israeli public as of now. We’ll see going forward though

Fascinating discussion, what I heard confirmed further what I have come to understand as the situation. I have listened to both sides of the argument and like Konstantin Kisin from Triggernometry, I have certainly found out the side of the argument I have taken. It's a pity many of these so-called intelligent university students don't take time to fully study all sides of the debate, rather than blindly pick their idea of who they think is the victim, who in actual fact is the Jewish side who is being victimised.

The narrative “pro-palestinian” mob is spinning is so attractive and so loud: “oppressed and bullied underdog finally rebels against the powerful, white European occupying force!” The terminology they use is so grandiose too - genocide, apartheid, white colonialism, ethno-religious project…
People accept this rhetoric wholesale, because researching and analyzing on your own is too much work. But if you dig just a little, pro-Palestinian story instantly crumbles. As an example, an Arab-Muslim judge presides over Israeli Supreme Court, how’s that apartheid?

I am so glad you invited Naftali Bennett on the first anniversary of October 7, dearest Dr. Peterson. I have spent the day in mourning and remembrance. Long ago, I vowed to the Jewish people the words I learned from my namesake: “Thy people shall be my people, and thy God, my God. The Lord do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part me and thee.”
A year ago today, I didn’t know very much about the modern state of Israel. I didn’t know what the IDF was or how to find Israel on a map. I didn’t know what to make of Bibi Netanyahu although I had grown up seeing him on the news. I did not know the national anthem of Israel and I did not know the phrase “Am Israel Chai.” These are all things I know now. As much as I am able to, I have taken the pain of the nation of Israel into my heart, and cried with them, prayed and wept and grieved with them, rejoiced with them, and hurt with them. I am so much more in myself for taking the Jewish people into my heart.
Last year at this time I wrote an essay, “A Menorah in my Window.” Today I read it aloud in a video and shared it. It’s my heart.
Dearest Dr. Peterson, I am so thankful that you, too, opened your heart to the Jewish people and like me, you are immeasurably the richer for it.
    With Ruth Anne’s love

When the two biggest religions on earth in terms of power and influence feel it's their religious right to own a piece of land, there is always going to be bloodshed, especially the blood of the innocent and tame.
Maybe if the two religions could revere the same piece of land together, as ambassadors of the same place, they'd get along. But the theology says to allow that kind of tolerance for another religion is a sin in and of itself.

I totally agree with what Bennett said! 👏 The way he describes Iran as the "octopus of terror" with its arms stretching all over the Middle East is spot on. 🐙 Instead of just dealing with the arms (Hamas and Hezbollah), we need to focus on the head-the Iranian regime itself. It’s not just about the nuclear threat, but also about how they fund and support terrorism in the region. 💣
Bennett's call for unity in Israel and a strong stance against Iran is exactly what we need right now. 💪 The internal divisions are weakening the country, and it’s time for everyone to come together, especially in the face of such a dangerous adversary.
Let’s hope that through diplomatic pressure, economic sanctions, and cyber tactics, we can see a regime change in Iran sooner than later. 🌍✌ The Iranian people deserve a better future, and the world will be a safer place without this regime in power. Here's to hoping for a brighter, more peaceful future for everyone! 🙌✨

A regressive, violent and hateful culture will do that to you. Think of the difference between North and South Korea as a more stark example. South Korea is extremely rich and wealthy with big advancements in Technology, Medicine and culture (K-Pop). The north only has contacts with China and they've consistently been exposed as having regressive standards of living nigh identical to the middle east. It's because of the government enforced idol worship. For the North Koreans, it's the Kim Dynasty. They literally worship that family as Gods. For the middle east it's Muhammad.
Any culture that worships idols is destined to fail.

I am a Gentile deeply troubled by the worldwide resurgence of antisemitism. I am also a psychologist. My belief is that all antisemitism is powered by cognitive dissonance. Put simply, cognitive dissonance happens when two thoughts collide. In the case of antisemitism, the two thoughts are: (A) “I am right.”, and (B) “The smartest people in the world think I am wrong.” Confronted with this conflict, one has two choices: recognizing that one is wrong, or recognizing that different people are right in different ways. Recognizing that one is wrong, might involve letting go of one’s belief in Christian “fundamentals” (e.g. “All Christians are right, and all Jews are wrong.”) without letting go of one’s belief in Christian “principles” (e.g. “Love your enemy.” “Serve the needy.”) Think of this as updating your belief system, rather than replacing it. Sort of like letting go of your belief in Santa Claus, without letting go of your belief in Christmas.
The alternative is convincing yourself that Jewish people overrepresent intellectual/professional success, because they cheated. This thinking is in line with the popular notion of the day, which asserts that all success is unearned (privileged). However to suggest that Jewish overrepresentation of scientific success, follows from Jewish cheating, makes about as much sense as suggesting that Black overrepresentation of athletic success, follows from Black cheating. Both groups have suffered extremely disproportionate oppression. Both groups enjoy extremely disproportionate success, in these areas, of their own merits. We would be remiss to oppress them all over again, by suspecting otherwise. For those of us from groups who do not rank number one in these areas, we could all use a little more humility.

Mt. Bennett keeps saying that we were killing ourselves in 2023 over our divides. To clear any confusion that might have risen- he doesn't mean it literally.
