90% of the houses in the UK are riddled with damp, and most need a ton of work I should imagine the government will have to help landlords with the upgrade costs.
they wont be able to help landlords i dont think because i reckon they will file compulsory demolition orders and at some point, force tenants into all those new city flats. if i was a landlord, id be dumping the houses like this and getting some of those ones in manchester etc i think in the future these will be the only choice given to tenants.@@passivenomads
