I've got two bottles of Sakay in my fridge from Nosy Be but it has lemon in. The Sakay with the Mango is the best! Depending on the time of year you can get different spice/ Sakay
There was a fence dividing the two plots of land so I could see my side and they could see their side The problem was it was there fence so they were perfectly in their rights to remove their fence from that location. The trick is if you buy a plot of land that’s already fenced by other people like your neighbours to re fence your side so you’ve got a double fence. That’s the lesson that I’ve been taught on this situation. And if there’s no wall there put your own wall on your own fence and take pictures of you building it for any future dispute.
i like the look of you setup there i have a lot f older simple plant ie midi digger dumpers generators skidsteer loaders truck with hiab crane tractor trailer drilling rig for borehole ie water wells and all kinds of small plant would you think it would be possible to setup small business and find work maybe you would be interested in doing somthing together
If you’re really interested in setting something up, I’m there for you. I’ll help you however best to go slow to start and test the waters. Main problem is many people might want to pay a lot of money for the hire costs and fuel when they can pay 10 men to do the same job €3 each a day. Most building jobs and buildings are small in Madagascar. There’s not many 10 story buildings. You could definitely rent out mini diggers but what about the mechanics? What about the parts? That’s the problem in Madagascar everybody’s a mini digger mechanic everybody’s a generator mechanic everybody knows how to fix everything until you left with 1000 pieces on the floor and then scratching the head wondering what goes where to put it back together you’re always left with your 40 pieces afterwards or bolts or screws that can be a real headache this country dealing with mechanical vehicle I wish I could say yeah, we can do it. We can make a fortune, but I just can’t say that could we be in uncharted Waters
Yes that’s exactly what I’m saying it’s a pure gamble, what we’re talking about is the cheapest Land in the world possibly at a couple of euros of meter square obviously the government only take Land that they need and they don’t need every single plot of land In Nosy Be the chances of me keeping and controlling the land is pretty high. Also the chances of being able to get full paperwork in the next five years when the government changes the rules on sugarcane land is also pretty high what it comes down to is luck 🍀 if the government allow me to purchase the land and get full paperwork I can turn a $5000 investment into $50,000 but if they come and take it I’ll lose $5000 the risk versus reward weighs up in my favour. In my opinion. I’ll always own this type of land as a speculative Land banking opportunity but I’ll flip some of the plots so that I’ve got no money involved and hopefully I’m in profit I wouldn’t recommend doing this unless you’re a gambler as it similar to a game of musical chairs
All the land in this area has been given by the old sugarcane company or occupied by farmers it’s now being sold on with local president paper work we have never rented the land out
You know my position on the land grab so no need to say something to again. Now, from a business/risk perspective would it not be worth making "friends" and sell the land to the lady from la réunion? Maybe it's not possible but of it is, could be a worth while looking into. Liked your outlook and perspective on problems and life towards the middle of the video!
@@edwardfitzpatrick8138 I would sell it to anyone that wants to buy it obviously I won’t be doing much discount to her if she appears on the scene seeing that she’s cost me 800 euro already. She’s back in a month by then it will be too late for her I would guess. Problem is that she tried to blackmail me bully me imprison me realistically I don’t want anything or any business from her.
Sell her plot at the same time when she comes back she can sort her problem with the new owner.😂😂
lol

Mengos!! :)
Mangos are great all day long.
Did you have a fence there in the first place?

I remember first you have to go for the topos. Then you know exactly who owns the land... 😅
Yes this isn’t Madagascar son this is nosy be it’s not the same topo is for government land not for ex sugarcane land
But from what u are saying, ultimately, the government own the land, & can reclaim anytime! 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

@@passivenomadsso u cant build anything substantial UNTIL u have then OFFICIALLY buy the land from the government!
They had a "rental contract".
