- George Town in Penang Malaysia is one of the best food places in the world, especially Indian street food. We are doing a Malaysia travel vlog series of our budget travel around the beautiful Malaysia. We have 3 nights in Penang, then we are going to Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur for F1 in schools finals. We are really excited to bring you along and inspire you to visit Malaysia.
Our first day we explore the beautiful streets and enjoy the vie before eating some of the best food in the world. We came to Penang 5 years ago and we like it so much more than last time. One thing that hasn’t changed is the amazing tandoori chicken and naan set at captions (George Town), you have to taste it to believe it.
This is our first real trip as digital nomads but we have had internet issues so will be working hard when we get to Kuala Lumpur. We are so grateful to be in this position though after leaving with so little money and going to make the most of our travels :)
Malaysia = Food Heaven
Centuries of colonization from the West, cultural exchange between merchants and immigrants from all around the world due to the location as the trading hub of the world, our food were so fusion and full of flavours, as a Malaysian I could say we have the best food in the world, and we're really proud of it!
Watching through your older vids. This one is almost 5 years ago now and you two have gone on to do so much! It's hard to believe all that you would've missed out on if you hadn't worked things out and stayed together the previous time you were here. So glad you did!
the instruments are called angklung made from bambooo... one angklung stands for 1 note so you have to have 7 pcs of angklung for basic notes do re mi fa so la ti... but if you went different ocave, e sharp etd the angklung sets will be bigger

Wow. that was some tale of the Tandoori. Enjoyed it very much. I've seen many people enjoy Malaysian food but your expressions over that piece of chicken were just priceless. I mean really intense, epic as food reviews go. I must check out Capitan on my next visit to Penang.

Totally get the goosebumps from food thing! I get it from a specific type of garlic sauce. You do not only taste it, but the whole body experiences it. Like natural drugs. ^_^ Sooooo amazing! :D I should definitely check that place out myself too! :D

The accommodation looks scary
haha it was very basic, but it was cheap and right in the middle of George Town. Also, the owners were SUPER friendly. Actually, all Malaysian people we met were incredibly friendly! Some of the nicest we've met in our travels actually :)
