Awesome video man & congrats on the 1m Subs, I"m almost fully recovered from my lateral elbow injury after surgery & PRP which was a set back for me when I was in the best shape ever but bands have helped me alot, I hook up bands to the rope, wide lat bar & pulley bar to incorporate the same gym movements from home without the negative weight affect but I miss the weights & Im gradually getting back into them, I started at 14 years old and Im almost 39 now, Thanks for all the motivation & your videos are top notch plus super detailed so I salute you for that! Keep them coming ! I will use these routines on my next back day.

I want to start off by saying great detail in all your videos, the tips you gave definitely changed my physique. My question is since I left the United States to retire in Italy I have trouble finding a partner strong enough to spot me, here in Southern Italy they do not train like that nor do they have heavy weights, what are some methods I can use to effectively max out without getting stuck in a bad position. I notice you had no videos on training alone
