The original RC10. That was my first non Tamiya. As a high schooler, I felt like I finally had a real RC car. It taught me so much about adjustment and tuning.
It is competitively the greatest RC race car of all time. Do you know if the IFMAR-winning B4s were the Team version (with the plastic chassis), or the Factory Team version (with the graphite chassis)?
The B6 series was so damn good. But it took about 6 months of development to make it not drive like a 2X4. Hopefully, the B7 is faster out of the gate!
It was really hard for me to get the 91794 motor plate for the standup transmission. Fortunately, JConcepts had an aftermarket replacement. I needed the standup transmission to use the gear cover.
B6.1 on up were so good. I got on with the b6.2 coming from a centro conversion b4.2. such a great series. I wonder if this will be like the b5? Brent said we will never have that kind of longevity again. Annual releases are cool I guess if you wanted to have a "luxury brand" like X-ray. Im sure the new buggy will be a $ucce$$. Cant wait to pre-order. I dont care when they're relea$ed as long a$ there'$ a rea$on.
Still such a huge demand for the RC10. Seems like you guys arn't that interested in cashing in on it ! Pity for all those willing to part with their money
@@microracer24 all of the parts on the new clear kit are made of polycarbonate and they aren't selling any replacement parts for it. They literally state it's intended to be for display use only.
I am gonna take back what I have said about Team Associated....They stepped up and corrected my issues...Shocking what one customer service representative affect the company....
The history when they used to run on real tracks not crybaby clay and carpet so associated has went down hill in my opinion,, no more little guys winning races only sponsored drivers takes the fun out of it.
TLR will always be superior. Team associated is trash and will always be and there put together like legos. That’s why TA always gets there ass kicked when it comes to finals. They fall apart and made cheap af and for the drivers that defend TA you’re just another driver that wasted there money sorry. It’s fun to watch TA drivers get mad when they realize there setup’s are junk.
These new cars seem designed for clay and carpet. What happened to them being buggy’s? Racing on dirt? Go back to the original videos and remember what they were made to be. It started at a real dune buggy race and now they run on carpet. The people want the original so badly and you keep designing them to run on flat smooth surfaces. We don’t want rc10l’s! We want dune buggies!!!
Race kits are designed to win races at tracks hosting national and international events. Which all have carpet or sealed clay surfaces. As the saying goes, what wins on Sunday, sells on Monday.
Wow B7 here we come!!! Keep them coming! Can't wait to see the final car!
Can't wait for it
I still got the original RC10 & RC10T. There still running too!
So much fun to see that. Brings back memories (well mine start in the 70's) 😀
got my first one in Aug '85. Still love R/C and have 30+ cars/rucks in the garage. Team AE forever!!!

Awesome time capsule here!! Cant wait for tomorrows Video😲👌🏽
Some Goats in that footage for sure!
Didn't expect this but let's make some more history!
I still have my original RC10 from around 1986. I think I had a Reedy Double Dot Gold motor in it.
So good!!!
Great video, looking forward to the rest of the series 😊👌
What an awesome video can’t wait for the rest 💪🏻🇺🇸
Ok this is pretty dope. Subscribed.
The B4 is the greatest 2wd ever made

great video , thanks
what is the ending song?🙏🏻

I get my stuff through these guys faster than AMain
Looks like it’s designed more for mod class and carpet. I’d like to know the weight
YES! B7!
I think a replica of the RC10GX Stealth Prototype that won the ‘89 Worlds would be better to release.

What in the world are you talking about? They just announced a new buggy
@@microracer24he’s talking about the gold pan RC10. A B1, if you will.
@@mtfan they just released the special edition og rc10
The new RC10 is a ridiculous display model. Not a properly usable kit.

🎉
Re-re rc10 please 😉

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! BEWARE

The cars are designed for the tracks. Not the other way around.
This. Some of our tracks are as old as the RC10. We need cars for rough bumpy dirt.

The old slogan.. Team does it in the dirt
Carpet is one of the sickest things I've ever raced on. I grew up on so called "real dirt" racing nitro. I'll race on anything and probably win to.
