My aunt called me upset one day asking me why doctors refuse to tell people all of the secrets that Dr. Oz talks about on his show. She was angry and almost paranoid about physicians after listening to his show. I’m a physician so she wanted me to explain. He would say things like “your doctor won’t tell you this…” and people believed it. He knew exactly what he was doing.
I have a "contrarian" mindset. I'd be a great juror: I'd want to see the PROOF way beyond a reasonable doubt. BUT I also require the "alternative" solutions to life, medication, and work to ALSO have that high standard of proof.
It's hard for me to imagine that someone could trust a person they've only seen on TV more than anyone else that they've ever met in real life.
That’s dangerous
Its sickening and people dont need it. Your right and I think especially now post COVID and with war and natural disasters skyrocketing peoples paranoia, anger and whatever else is affected by cortisol levels.... I mean Dr Oz knows when people are afraid they lose use of prefrontal cortex and can no longer take in new information. So whatever he is saying as the "relief" to that feeling of fear and helplessness STICKS. we need a video from Dr. Grande just on THAT!
@@Melissa0774 I would say its a product of a certain era in history when it did matter, but people have been trying to fool other people with magic elixers and other such garbage from the getgo. And now they trust trends on social media. Sometimes I think people get addicted to "getting the underground information" as a product of some survival mechanism that thinks the rare thing is the best thing. Who knows its very perplexing.
"It would be more accurate to call the Therapeutic Touch - the Non Therapeutic, Money Removal Treatment System." 😅
Great video, Dr. Grande!!
I had the misfortune of translating several seasons of Dr. Oz Show. Although he did teach people a few good things such as: wash your hands and don't eat rotten food, the amount of gibberish uttered there was astounding. It was not translation from english to my language, but from gibberish to quasi acceptable sentences. I still have nightmares brrrrr 😬
Hmm I wonder what could be motivating dr oz 💰 🤑 💴
Next Dr Oz type who asks you to translate harmful lies, just go ahead and say something different that makes sense. They won't know what you are saying, thats why they need a translator. Translators prevent wars and stop frauds by saying the right thing instead of an accurate translation. You have the most powerful job in the world.
I can't believe he still has a medical license after peddling so much snake oil 😡
That’s what most doctors peddle now as opposed to objective rational Help.
No they don't.
There was a concerted effort of a group of doctors to at least demand Dr. Oz be removed from his Columbia University faculty position in 2015. Columbia basically said he had "freedom to express himself" and did nothing.
@@azalago Likely if he started wearing a dress and began assaulting girls in the bathroom they'd do nothing, too. Isn't that "freedom of expression" these days? Or men competing in women's athletic events?
@@azalago they finally did do something. But I listened to the entire video
He’s a huckster. He knows people are dumb and he’s taking advantage of it. Thank you for educating us, Dr. Grande. I watch your videos every day.
He's an enigma. Obviously beyond smart, impeccable credentials, but he comes across as a total flake.
@@chcarroll5164 I get the impression that he's like Geraldo. A once legit guy with good credentials who fell down a huckster rabbit hole and became a joke
We all know why he's running as a republican, the question was why does he promote quack medicine 🤣
slurp slurp.
Better than pedophile Fetterman.
I didn’t know Dr. Oz was blundering like this. Thank you for the underlining story. Another excellent video!
He’s blundering big time. Know what he said about Fetterman, regarding his (Fetterman’s) fondness for wearing hoodies? “He’s kickback authority in the b***s.” If there’s one thing Pennsylvanians can agree on, from the cities to Pennsatucky, it’s that we’d line up for miles if you posted a sign that read, “Watch authority getting kicked in the b***s, up ahead!” We’d go even if there were a pay bar. Fetterman already made a ton of money selling swag with that banging endorsement. That’s how you lose PA. Also, Oz is from Jersey. Nobody likes that.
That's even more frightening.
In comparing Oz to Fetterman regarding their imperfections. A big problem with Oz is that he knowingly and repeatedly make the same mistakes...But when someone knowingly and repeats the same mistakes, they are NOT mistakes. They WILLFULLY done on Purpose.
After about a week of watching Dr. Oz, I couldn't watch him anymore. Every show would highlight these "amazing cures" that were nonsense for sure! As a retired nurse, I giggled when you compared rice to ricin! Your videos are always interesting and on point, keep up the good work!
This analysis is scary (and sad) on so many levels. Too many to list. As usual...you nailed it!
My mother passed away 2015. I her caregiver for five years. Coming home everyday to hear about Dr Oz, Oprah and some sweepstakes? Protective of her, television, mail orders??? Happy she never involved herself with modern technology. Had my hands full as it was .RIP Mom, Love you....
BTW...Thank you
Aw whine whine. Let her be happy . You left her alone?
Good that you were able to care for your mom
Sounds like you did an amazing job for her, though :)
Imagine how valuable and helpful a true scientific, and best practice guideline medical professional could have been with the widespread platform he had? Thanks Dr. G. You bring humour and honesty to these great clips.
I have always thought this. He could have done great work.
I think this so often. Idk why people choose Money and fame over integrity and science, when they could do so much good by providing evidence based information and a voice of reason. They could be great role models as well, but instead they tell people to drink the coolaid while shoveling money into their bank accounts.
Oh yes I can imagine the shows now. First episode summary: Eat well and exercise. The second episode: Eat well and exercise, Third episode: I think you get the idea. LOL

During one of the hardest times of my mom's life she was watching daytime TV when the Dr. Oz show had on some Faith Healer. Oz was so adamant that this man had real results under his belt that my mom got wrapped up into looking into the faith healing. In the end, she would send this man a substantial amount of money to get a chance at a meeting so he could pray for her. She didn't get the meeting, but she did lose her money. I'll never forgive Oz for this, amongst dozens of other snake oil treatments he's promoted.
I'm sorry your mom had to experience such disappointment. But she's got you and I'm sure that's her greatest gift of all❤
The one time this semi atheist will defend any local institution is if it offers placebo or cargo cult "magic" whatever is if it's FREE. If it needs cash to work it's probably not magic
@@555_Lady_JB being desperate and trying to solve a problem any way you can isn't deflection it's sort of rational but that's where Oz uses his authority to promote the wrong answers. Nothing wrong with prayer etc but it's entirely free by nature
@@555_Lady_JB of course she is to blame for her own decisions, but Oz has culpability here. If any other doctor told your mother to take a medication and it killed her, you wouldn't blame your mom. You would blame the doctor. You would sue the doctor, and you would win. Doctors take an oath to not recommend harmful actions because they are given authority over medical processes. If he calls himself a doctor and then uses that to promote harmful things, he is most certainly to blame for the damage incurred bt the people he fools.
@@555_Lady_JB we don't know the full situation but I've witnessed plenty of magical thinking being exploited in difficult times. How do you make a rational argument when a TV authority good guy like a doctor promises miracles? Oz moved to politics sadly where he belongs empty promise central. The rest of the medical field will continue on empirical grounds despite not being able to always promise a cure to everybody. Enormous numbers of people were desperate to not believe COVID and most of them weren't in a situation like the mother here most likely was. Those arguments take still take forever after a while most people just want to listen to a doctor who went to medical school. Not entirely easy to do unlike it seems politics so Oz lost his way but I'm glad he's moving on tho I hope he doesn't win
Never watched Oprah, nor Oz , only saw Dr. Phil when I made home visits. Sounds like I missed nothing. Thanks for the video.
Those shows were always psuedo intellectual garbage.
And today's shows like 'The View' & 'The Talk' are psuedo intellectual puke!
Could never take more than 10 seconds of watching or hearing that junk.
Last week while waiting at the dealership for my inspection, they had The View on in the waiting room. As I listened to those obnoxious hogs spew their idiotic & ignorant nonsense, I could feel my brain cells dying by large numbers after about 2 minutes. I had to get the heck outta there. I told the service desk to call or text me when my car is finished & that I'll be going for a walk around the lot checking out the cars.
Way more stimulating for the brain to look at man made objects & hearing nothing than to listen to the absolute inane intellectual vomit coming from the mouths of those hideous hogs

I always saw him as being little more than a televangelist for hypochondriacs and other idiots
This was nicely put.
Exactly! Well said.
I live in PA and his political ads are hilariously bad. He preys upon and bolsters the most irrational and paranoid thoughts of absolute nitwits.
Bingo!
lol yep.
eb - Are you mellowing?🤔
Yes, thank you Dr. Grande ! Dr. Oz has not lived up to his obligations to his patients as a responsible medical doctor. He reminds me of some traveling medicine man show trying to sell worthless remedies to people gathered around to listen to his spiel.
My mom was big on watched Dr. Oz and reading his books. I would walk through the living room and feel sad for her because I knew she was holding onto the ideas he was giving to lose weight instead of just doing the work. He really made it harder for my mom because she trusted him so much.
Examples?
Unfortunately people will cling onto anything to lose weight besides getting off the couch and putting the fork down
Anyway, hope your mother is doing better now, both physically and mentally
Isn't it amazing that literally every single person on this planet knows how to be healthy and lose weight, but they are unwilling to do it, looking for every possible ludicrous alternative method, because the true methods require some effort and discipline?
@@sikkableeat5614 that’s literally my mom. She will do ANYTHING to not eat healthy and exercise.
Me and my mom bought green coffee bean extract thinking how skinny we were gonna get. Lol
One thing that bothered me about Dr Oz was that ,for the longest time ,he always wore those gosh darn surgical scrubs "Look at me -I wear scrubs - Im a doctor ! " Will add - that story about his political opponent was a bit scary .
@Pat Luxor They do in surgery if a surgeon, of course. But I think her point was that people associate scrubs with "being a very important doctor" ... elite, special, more knowing than other doctors, kinda thing. There will be a psychological reason they had him dressed like it, and that one would be my guess.
I feel that since OPRAH helped put him on the map, she should publicly condemn his lies.🤷🏾♀️
That would be helpful.
She would never 😂
Her ego is too big. These types of people aren't fond of accountability.
She put other quacks on the map too. I can’t believe I used to watch her.
He’s been doing all of this since the very start. She’s in on it too.
Love the title…charlatan in his latest incarnation: narcissistic megalomaniac therapeutic touch doctor. His political aspirations? Oh, please. Dr. Grande, thank you for an erudite, entertaining and salient summation.
Yeah but have you seen Frankenstein Fetterman 😂?
This is going to be a ridiculously dumb comment but I absolutely love learning new words and you put a lot of them. (See? *Totally* dumb comment.)
I remember that he said on his show a long ago that dairy/milk doesn't cause an increase in mucous production.. yes it can. I don't know why but that stuck with me and couldn't understand why he would say such a thing if not true. Albeit a very small thing, depending, it could cause harm.
Dairy causes all kind of health issues Unless you are a cow
Oprah created another monster. Fantastic analysis doctor G
"Dead people rarely complain about not sleeping" I love when this guy makes jokes like this because he does not change his tone at all, making the joke just so chilly to the bone
The humor usually points up human shortcomings. One reason why it is so dry and wise.
Yes, he has very dry wit and I love how he delivers jokes without a hint of what is coming, for example, "It would be more accurate to call therapeutic touch a non-therapeutic money removal system."
Sometimes he tries too hard.
I want to know about the dead people whom Dr. Grande knows to complain about not sleeping. Ghosts haunt him?
weird that it took 15 minutes to give a one-word answer: Money. that's why he does it. Money.
Don't forget power. I'm afraid of his Turkey residency. They have no love for us.
two words - money and fame & now he is after the 3rd item - power
Because he is "psycho-analyzing" (a case like this) and it is unique in that Oz is a doctor; he should care for people, their health, and evidence based treatment. So it is interesting to look at the journey of how he got to where he is and why. Yes, money. But nearly everyone wants money.. So why the pseudo scientific nonsense? He is like a modern snake oil salesman, with a doctorate.
I never made a habit of watching his television show. However, one time I was having some work done on my car and his show is playing on the TV in the waiting room. He claimed that if you pick at a pimple, the bacteria will ooze backwards through all of your layers of skin, muscle, fat, and bone, and get into your brain and then you’ll die of a brain infection. I never listened to a word he said after that.
That's actually real lmao. But it's rare. You shouldn't pick at pimples anyway.
It does sound crazy though
Something similar happened to a coworker, he was obese and had diabetes. He picked at a pimple on his thigh and it got infected, the infection spread and his leg became cangrenous. They had to amputate his leg at the hip but septic shock set in and he died. So, leave your pimples alone.
@@V.E.R.O. yeah, if you’re obese and diabetic = broken immune system response
I always thought he was very full of himself, a thespian and slick talker and loved performing and attention. Medically he was ridiculous and pushing scams.
Listening to you at 2 a.m. and quite interesting and fascinating as always. I used to watch his show daily a while back and I always had the feeling he was someone that would prey on the public to get them to believe whatever he said for high ratings which equals money. Thanks again..you rock!👍
It seems to me anyone w/ good intentions would find another way to change things other than politics. It's recently clear that the primary motivation for anyone to become a politician is for self enrichment. Playing 'by the rules' leaves you susceptible to those who don't and a voting public who prefers to be entertained rather than have serious debates and consider facts. Politics has become a ridiculous circus of misinformation and gaslighting, and it doesn't look like a change is coming anytime soon
This comment is spot on
Dr. Grande spares no sides of the aisle! You love to see it.
One Word = Money
Duh? 😜
He is literally the Mr Krabs meme
Exactly!!
I disagree…. It’s TWO words:money and fame. He has enough money for a dozen people to never have to work again, yet he keeps reaching for the spotlight.
Hunter Biden Joe Biden Hillary Clinton Bill Clinton Nancy Pelosi all about money
I don't think he believes in any of that stuff he's selling, but for a price he'll sure pretend he does. I'm so tired of these celebrities being held to such high esteem, and regardless if they are on the right or left, they don't belong in politics, and Oz doesn't deserve to have M.D. behind his name.
This and the promotion of anti-vax ideas is such a disheartening thing to see unfold. Promoting disproven ideas for self gain should be illegal and Oz and others like Dr. Phil should be held accountable.
Why? Don’t people have the freedom to speech? Shouldn’t, instead, the consumers have done their due diligence and not take everything they hear as being the truth. Be skeptical.
@@cosmicthespider7974 Problem with that is, American education isn’t at all the best. It isn’t part of the curriculum to teach students how to research topics, just to turn up every day and accept and learn information. That’s it.
@@thespidermanoftheottomanempire I am a product of the American education system. I am analytical, inquisitive, intuitive, and veraciously curious. We are a product of our environments. You can’t cater a public school to each persons most preferred way of learning. Lord knows a traditional learning environment is not the way that I learn best. But I was able to use my personality traits to supplement the education system. Parents need to be more involved in theirs kids’ learning. But most parents can’t be bothered or simply don’t have the energy. Blame starts at home, not at school.
Btw, your statement about not being taught to research… do they not teach writing in MLA format. Part of which, is structuring and citing sources. They would kind of need to know what sources are before they can cite them. Maybe your education was bad.
for context, I'm Aussie. My mum (spanish) would not listen to anything I'd say health related. even basic things like drinking water lol. She often says 'Dr Oz Said' (in. spanish accent) lol and now I just always joke with her that she learned to drink water from Dr Oz lol. And whenever she doesn't listen to me I say (in spanish accent) Dr Oz said.. lol
I think that Dr Oz was one of the most self centered and rude TV hosts I’ve ever seen. I can remember him popping on stage in his business suit and then stripping off to reveal himself in his surgical scrubs. He also had the annoying habit of interrupting his “expert” guests before they had a chance to finish their topic.
It’s a safe assumption that most of Oz’s “fans” are American women who were raised to believe in and blindly respect the “men in white coats with stethoscopes”.
Shoutout to dr grande for being able to do these videos in (mostly?) one take.

@@theresalero7039 Mds started an opioid crisis in America. Pharmaceutical companies monetize by pushing fear into people's minds. Beverage companies sell sugar water to masses. Hypocratic Oath should mean something

True religious people believe in science. Not a big explosion.
It is so refreshing to hear someone talk about a political subject and simply talk about verifiable facts. Hi, Michael!
I missed it and had to go back to see for myself after reading your comment. That is so funny. He always cracks me up.
Yeah it is very funny 🤣
Dr Grande, thank you for not only your intelligent analyses of situations, daily uploads, but also the calm and calculated way in which all of your speech is delivered. I have a hard time falling asleep and always need to focus on something, so a few of your videos in a row usually tend to work perfectly. Thanks so much :)
Normally I would agree, and Dr. Grande has made decent videos. But this was.... what a terrible video from Dr. Grande. the ONLY thing he said about Fetterman being a "bad candidate", was an isolated incident as if no one has ever made a mistake(not saying we have all brandished deadly weapons though) , and MOst importantly -- NOTHING about Fetterman's policies. Politics is about Policy. How about some policies, if you are going to call him an exceptionally bad candidate?
Also... "Alternative medicine" can encompass everything from snake oil, to legit compounds that have scientific backing., For example, l pterostilbene shrinks lung tumors. Medical mushrooms assist in chemotherapy recovery and in the shrinking of some tumors. Vitamin d3 controls 1 24th the human genome. Vitamin K2MK7 lower all cause mortality, eg, stroke, heart attack, cancer, dementia. I could go on and on all day.
Homeopathy is total BS however. Hence the snake oil part of things.
I watched this show at my aunt's house a couple of times. She is quite gullible and believed the nonsensical guests he had on which I often laughed at as they were so often so full of shit.
I'm not sure how I personally feel about Dr Oz. My mother and grandmother (both Native American) both believe in alternative medicines. As my grandmother says....how would our people have survived for millenia if alternative medicine didn't work. We had no modern medicines and yet thrived and survived. She does have a point. I'm not sure how she feels about Dr Oz, and she does have a medical Dr, but she is still a true believer in other forms of medical practices.
I agree with your Grandmother.
Valid point.
A key difference may lay somewhere in the fact that alternative healers don't tout pseudoscience (using their "scientific" credibility) to make millions of dollars. People believe this man and they sometimes spend thousands on completely bogus products and therapies and end up poorer and sicker.
Dr. Grande appears so meek & mild, but speculates in beast mode.😎

There is a difference between the major mistake Fetterman made by chasing that jogger and the mistakes Oz makes. Chasing an innocent jogger is a panic response to fear and feeling vulnerable. Not great, but understandable. Thankfully it didn't go too far.
Oz, on the other hand, deliberately chooses money and fame over people's health and well-being. And he does so repeatedly.
How many people have been hurt by taking his quack advice over their doctor's recommendation? There is no way to count how many people have been hurt by Oz's greedy quackery.
Watching a public display of cognitive dissonance is, I'm surprised to learn, no less disgusting than inadvertently seeing a homeless person masterbating in an alleyway.
I didn't read through the comments before I posted. I basically said the same thing as you, but you said it much better.
Yeah, the man Fetterman confronted might've been traumatized by the incident, but no one was physically harmed, and Fetterman didn't intend for it to go awry. In the Ahmad Arbery case, there WAS racially motivated malintent made by the gunmen, so it kind of rubbed me the wrong way when that comparison was made. And Oz intentionally promotes harmful products if it means that they'll sell. Fetterman might have his flaws, but he is not on the same level as these heinous beasts.
I am not surprised that he shady - I never liked him - but wasn't able to put a finger on it ( meaning didn't find reason why ) as I watched him - he seemed fake . Sadly he is very bad candidate for anything serious. His place would be perfect in a morg to clean up the traffic victims .
Excellent critique, thanks.

Could you do an analysis of Dr Berrys videos who supports all meat diets, no carbs & few veg's. He seems like an intelligent man, but it's such an extreme diet. Yet he & his wife seem very healthy. Love that humor; I react with sarcasm too about people & situations. Some people are humorless & just don't get it. 🤪
I never watched Oz on a regular basis. He was too much of a charlatan. What really bothered me the most was when he had that cold reader Sylvia Browne on his show and allowed her to go among the audience practicing her quackery. Any doctor with a shred of decency never would have done this. He had been thrown out of the American Cardiologists Association, being told either he was a cardiologist surgeon (he was supposed to be a very good one) or an entertainer. Obvious what Oz's choice was.
Excellent analysis.
Well, Dr G, thanks to you and your videos (so glad you made this one) at least I know one professional with a media platform who gives advice based on science. If Oz lies for fame, imagine what he’d do for power. 😬
10/6 after having seen DG video on Trevor Noah, I have to say I’m less confident in this statement above.
“Ricin” 😂
I think when someone has that much money their sense of responsibility and accountability to others goes out of the window - in some cases.
Thx, Dr. Grande, I enjoyed your analysis, it was very honest and entertaining!
An excellent video, thank you!
A bit of a side note, rice in socks heated in the microwave can help sore or recovering muscles. An occupational therapist recommended it after I was hit my car. Happily, she did not claim it cured anything or link it to insomnia.
It has nothing to do with rice…it’s only the heat that is helping your feet recover.
@@Liahs333 @Ladona0221 Yes, the heat is key, but the recommendation of rice in a tube sock was specific because it snakes very well around the limbs (this was my arm, but both feet were broken too) verses something like a heating pad. Also the heat decreases because it is not being fed by electricity. That is what they want so, you know it is time to stop telexing and do your pinching exercises. You can buy something similar with beads/beans usually with aromatherapy. However, the tube sock is cheaper and you can fill it with enough rice to make it really dense verses the "pretty" ones.
The magic bean bags that you heat in microwaves do the same as rice would but they were not given to mold, or overheating. It was just the brand name. I think it contained flax seed? As a RN I had a long one that id heat and use after a 12 hour shift on my sore neck and shoulders. That was bought in the 90s. Worked great. So some of his shtick is old items or ideas renewed on his show. In hospital we used to have big moist heat pads that sat in hot baths of water, made of canvas. You could haul em out wrap a bunch 9f towels around it and the moist heat was used to ease muscle and bone pain for patients ( eww the wet canvas smell). So yes the moist heat works, rice in socks is a quirky twist, and questionable for insomnia.
I thought it was strange he was promoting all those miracle cures in his show being a Dr! I thought he was fake and never watched his show!
I had no idea just how quackish he was. Oprah has a lot to answer for too for foisting this doctor on us.
Subscribers: So are you going to do this the easy way or the hard way
Dr Grande : I choose violence. No prisoners
Omg!! I asked you to do a video of dr oz like a year ago!!!!! Yay dreams do come true
Various "touch " therapies are part of mainstream nursing care plans and have been for decades. There is nothing pseudo about it. It is used for cancer patients and all types of patients. There are various systems of touch therapy. I am a retired nurse. I have been trained in two types. I use them on myself, my loved ones and my pets. The amount of relief it offers is strong and amazing. Why do you suppose those in pain put their hands on the painful area....
@Angel A Pavlovs Corn Dog and the actual application can be above and NOT in contact with the body. Look up Reiki etc. The various names describe the same concept. Not all people WANT to be touched and not all CAN be touched. Relief is found with or without physical contact.
Hi Dr. Grande, everything that you do is so insightful💗
We, In England love you SO much 💗
Omg. You are so spot on, had me laughing this morning. Happy holidays Dr. Grande. Rice. 😂😂😂😂
Except this Wizard has no one behind the curtain.
That would be a good thing wouldn't it? The wizard was a phoney and so he _needed_ someone behind the curtain.
@@eadweard. yeah Oz NEEDS someone behind the curtain. But no one's there lol.
@@TheAllianceEnt Fair enough:)
As a PA resident I’m more worried about fedderman’s sudden interest in backing the proxy war with Russia via Ukraine than an accident where no one lost their life and instead left a bit of egg on his face. Fedderman and his wife actually did a lot of good in Braddock that was very hard hit by NAFTA as many Pennsylvania towns were like adding a free store and maintaining it which is a lot of work. I should know because I worked at a Salvation Army putting out donations and I walked anywhere from 25-30 a week. At least that’s actually helping people unlike Mahmet’s snake oil sales that made him even richer.
So you would rather help Russia?
@@ellaella5537 if you can’t figure out that war is a racket and the only people that lose are citizens in this country while the military industrial complex and their stock holders win than please take a look at our foreign policy since WW2. There have been peace deals on the table in Ukraine that the west has rejected and why? Making a little Ching Ching on the side maybe? Yes is the answer. They want to do the same thing they’ve done to the global south and use our military to take their resources and privatize them to corporations and then they gouge us too controlling all the resources. They want Europe to buy their natural gas from us instead of Russia again using our military and the guise of humanitarian aid for corporate profits. Then propagandize citizens with scary words like authoritarianism, communism and socialism so we go along with it. May I suggest Revealing Ukraine and Ukraine on Fire plus the untold history of the United States only found on rumble to get a better picture? If you don’t mind me asking, how is this war in the Ukraine helping your family or even the Ukrainian citizens? Russia hadn’t been a communist country and the US has not kept its promise to not expand NATO up to its boarder. It would be like Russia in canada or Mexico so it’s not that I’m pro Russia I am anti bs and last I checked neither side voted for more war in the last election.
@@ellaella5537 Literally not what he said.
Fetterman really didn’t do much for Braddock.
@@0329Christine probably not. Didn’t do any worse for it either. I liked him earlier on. Knew some good things to say but he obviously ‘got his head right’ to be supporting the next money pit war. There is no avenue to vote against it.
nicely done. thanks
Interesting. Thank you!
Thank you for covering this topic, Dr. Grande. Shysters should be exposed wherever possible.
Shyster is generally used to describe lawyers. Bad doctors are often referred to as quacks.
@@jv-ep2tc I was thinking of Robert Preston's line in S.O.B. as well.
(If you're not as old as me, just ignore my comment.) :)
@@AlbertaGeek I am old enough to appreciate Robert Preston. Can't recall if I've seen the movie....
@@jv-ep2tc Well, briefly, in the movie, he's a sketchy doctor. At one point someone yells at him that he's a shyster. Offended, he replies, "That's slander! A shyster is a disreputable lawyer. _I_ am a quack!"
@@AlbertaGeek you're kidding. that is hilarious. i need to find out who wrote the screenplay.
I used to watch Dr. Oz when he was on Oprah, I loved him! Not so much anymore, he's turned into a quack, perhaps he's always been one, I just grew up 🤷🏻♀️... And Fetterman requires his own analysis 😳 (so unfortunate for Pennsylvanians😕)... Great commentary Dr. G ❤️
Yes, glad I don't have to vote in Pennsylvania. This Independent would likely abstain on this race.

Oz will be a better option at least he didn’t chase down an innocent BM just remember that!
I've been waiting for this one.. Excellent Dr. Grande. Thank you!👏
Could be that he does it for the money just like pretty much everyone else that gives any advice for a profit.
Always beware of people who set themselves up as gurus for anything. Think for yourself.
I have honestly never seen a show of his. Then again I haven’t seen tv since 1998.
Good for you. I'm only around 12 years clean.
I have been clean since 2001, fell off the wagon in 2016, and been good since 2018.
One day at a time guys. lol
I’ve got you beat by one year.
So, no Breaking Bad, TWD, or Game of Thrones?! Oh, my!!😬
Dr. Grande, what camera do you use for your videos?
I just laughed out loud throughout 🤣 this whole video Dr Grande! It was hilarious 😂. As a Pennsylvania citizen I guess I'm in a dilemma as to who to vote for. I don't know which of these candidates is worse. Lol 😆.
Right me too....Delaware county. They are both terrible 🤦🏾♀️
Well, at least John Fetterman has political experience as Lt. Governor on which you can judge him and his fitness for office.
What’s he done as Lt. Gov other than be forced to wear a suit?
@@0329Christine haha that's good 🤣
So after listening to what Fetterman did I don’t blame you!
Hot socks are amazing. ( uncooked rice in a long sock tied in a knot at the end microwaved for 1 min. - no more ) This got me through 3 pregnancies.
I can see how trump was so happy to endorse oz, they are a Match made in heaven
Excellent!
Thank you so much for doing this. I used to really like him until..one of his shows he was going to explain how to get rid of ovarian cyst. I was very interested, because my 15 year old daughter suffered terribly. His answer was lose weight. My daughter was skinny and physically fit. She was a cheerleader and a competitive swimmer. haven't watched him since.
Not an attack on you and not backing Oz, but this kind of thinking is flawed. Just because something does not work for an individual does not mean we are to automatically dismiss something. For example, a statistical analysis of a study of a product with a 90% positive change would be considered a success despite 10% of the participants not benefitting or seeing any changes. Would we still dismiss the product with those numbers?? The majority of individuals with ovarian cysts could benefit from weight loss for a reduction in symptoms. Again, not guaranteed because each individual's biochemistry is different; its all trial and error to find what works for you. You can't expect getting general advice on a television show would be helpful, especially if you don't meet the full criteria. That's why any medical advice garnered from an outside source is to be followed up with you doctor. I personally take everything and compile it and taylor it to my individual needs. Again, not an attack on you. Just saying you may need to rethink your outlook.
@@sheriA7082 he's a quack, the only thing that has helped us hormone therapy. She can't stand to lose any more weight.
