    AMRAP: As Many Rounds As Possible
    Set 1 AMRAP (5 Minutes)
    10x Jumping Jacks
    10x Forward Lunges
    10x Lateral LungesRepeat set for as many rounds as possible for 5 minutes
    1 minute rest
    Set 2 AMRAP (5 Minutes)
    10x Lateral hop + pushup
    10x Chair Dips
    10x Arm Curls (with cans, water jug, dumbbells)
    Repeat set for as many rounds as possible for 5 minutes
    1 minute rest
    Set 3 AMRAP (5 Minutes)
    10x Squat Hops
    10x Superman Planks
    10x Shoulder Taps
    Repeat set for as many rounds as possible for 5 minutes
