Do I have good genetics because at the age of 12 my first ever parkrun was 20:17, I’ve done sports my whole life prior to that though. Now, at age 13 my PB is 19:07
By the stats on ur watch at the end, that wasn't "good," as you said. But it just depends on the context you're saying it in. I'm a runner, and I will say that regardless of your running ability, anyone who laces you their shoes and goes out there for a run is worthy of respect so well done to you and your sister.
