Funniest thing I saw in a while, thank for the laughs
RaulM LOL thought of the muppets
Hahahahahahahaha. Someone out there is the shit. Probably now is working in an office, a superhero with a mask.
hahahahaahahahhaa
hahhahahahahahahaha
Confused headbanging @4:37
That dude is so excited xD
headbanging above 300 bpm
I cant even understand what is happening but i like it
Not even a parrot could headbang to this speed
Leonardo Milions just nicely blended 3/4 and 4/4 my boy
I love how chill the guitarist look while the drummer is just fucking going for it
I've been watching this video off and on for like four or five years and to this day I haven't found a better mixed live video. Its perfect. One of the best live performances you will ever see, I can assure you of that.
Honestly I noticed as well, and this isn’t my typical music. It was obviously mixed and recorded extremely well.
Matt is crazy in this one
Artur Łucka matt always is great haha
this is the best footage of AAL I've ever seen
5:48 good guy Javier, lead audiences to clap on the right beat
that was amazing, they're so intuned to their own beat
Actually he made them clap the harder part. There is a straight cymbal beat to follow in that section.
What if everyone in the audience are elite musicians and that’s why they know to clap to odd time signatures
@@drperkyreal4686 Got me thinking about a university for elite clappers, where one would master the art of clapping and headbanging to progmetal!
Does anyone know what kind of polyrhythm or polymeter this is?
This band completely changed my perception on music to be honest. It really made me realize I knew nothing at all, relatively speaking.
Damn life is beautiful sometimes.
wtf this is some progressive metal bach level shit
that's a really good description lol.
so fuckin' damn accurate
First time I've ever seen Tosin not look great. He looks like a dad out of an early 2000's sitcom
lmao right?
MOONFLOW It actually looks like he's been working out. IMO
yeah he looks jacked.

ALmost big like john petrucci !
5:50 proggiest crowd ever
Your real dad best part
Why does this not have more 'Likes'?
@@benjibuttons2745 because it was stolen from the other comment
clapclapclapclapclap clapclapclapclapclap
I've never seen odd time clap alongs at a concert ever
I realize it's been said a billion times before, but these three guys are masters of their instruments. The shit they come up with blows my mind. I really need to see them live before I die.
Clapping in 5/8! How prog is that?? Only totally.
Christopher Pineau I was actually really impressed by that! Haha
Which part is in 5/8?
César Ventura - Kilroy FN That's definitely not 5/8. They were clapping 5 times, but with a pause in between. That part of the song is in 13/8.
Fuck. Participating in music festivals is starting to become a full-on music theory course.
Christopher Pineau that's fucking amazing great crowd. Usually I've noticed can't even keep up with 4/4
It’s honestly incredible that they can play such brutally hard songs live
Any jazz player: yeah, OK.
@@HabAnagarek sure buddy
Lol which band played after them ? Sucks to be that band ! 😂
I was wondering who was the main act since this is late afternoon at best.
Textures or Dying Fetus
@@zr00we64 ohhh
@@zr00we64 Dying fetus pretty brutal
Limp bizkit
7:53 that audience hand-duck lmfao. Cafo is always a killer live.
Reminded me of those worm-like things in the music video lol
I bet this drummer is the happiest person in the world
When THIS appears on your feed as a suggestion you are doing something right
MrFabritzzio i know I do
Once you see the great white albino man, you can never unsee him.
hahahahahah, ah man, so good! lol
yeah....it's funny to see myself there.... :-D
@@TheKure666 HOLY SHIT! Dude, you are Hair Deity!
He is headbanging really hard around 7:10 lol he loves him some tapping shred
@@ninjabuck2576 thx buddy :-D :-D
I can't count how many times I have watched this in awe.
Why?
I get why drummers are always skinny dude burned 20000 calories in ten minutes
Except for Gene Hoglan, Nick Barker, Vinnie Paul (rip) among others.
@@SexyHobo Tony Laureano. That one always confused me.
And then you have eric moore lmao
Eric Moore is a technical powerhouse dude can lay down anything without breaking a sweat
@@davidn4956 well, burning 1000 calories a show is nice but doesn't really amount to much if you eat shit the whole day (which you usually do a lot while touring) so there's that. however, with a very good diet, I could see that drumming 2 hours each day could actually get you ripped and it would be a lot of fun too
You know Matt constantly has a voice in head saying "fuck, I hope this drum kit doesn't fall apart"
He already broke a cymbal on his right...
I saw Tosin put on a clinic at Guitar Center about 6 years ago and I am still blown away by the fact that his guitar is an extension of his body, not just an instrument. He IS the music.
THE GREATEST INSTRUMENTAL BAND OF ALL TIME!!! I'm gonna say it! Bare minimum top 5
I was there... they sold that turtle neck as merch. Picked up 2.
Awesome but why is Tosin dressed like Jennifer Aniston in friends?
fuck LOL
Haha
Holy fuck..... i died. So. Perfect
Pure swag
Hahah
2:26 how the expression on the face of the dude on the left changes, brilliant 😂😂 that riff kicks ass.
10:58 Matt throws his drum sticks to the audience, and for a moment it looks like Tosin is about to give away his guitar too! ha ha 😅
