Really nice idea, man. I'm going to build one of those lab bench power supplies (using a DPH3205). And it's going to need a good fan. Maybe I use one of those thermostat too. :)

Obrigado Mario! The DPH3205 is a good choice. Depending on your current needs you may need a fan, it just bugs me when they run all the time for no reason! I will retrofit one to the other supply I built :

1nformatica Really nice! I've seen a few videos that used that kit, but I don't know... I don't like linear regulators too much. Anyway, I have three power supply projects here and another one that's going to be a battery pack charger (but can be used as a power supply as well), but... Except by the last one, I can't make them yet. I need a lot of banana bores and plugs (including for a project based on an ATX power supply), but I just can't find all the colors locally I need to buy. :/

This is a awesome way to cool or heat things. There's a 12v side to power the board and the other side is completely isolated just don't exceed the rating of the relay so you can run any voltage between 12v on up to the amperage limit of the relay. 20a is a lot to play with.

Good points as always MrBrymstond! Many folks do not know they can also be used to control heaters, I put the instruction sheet in the description but I don't think many people look : www.kelco.rs/katalog/images/17670.pdf
