yup! it gives him his face textures from the game's beta - darker, sharper textures around the lip area for instance (makes him look a lot like rdr1 John). also, returns his beta head textures other important things the mod includes are that it resizes his pants & gloves to better fit

@@zorex. it’s accurate beard style but the redone mod just looks more like John to me. Maybe I could combine the stubble with the redone mod. That might be a real improvement
@@zorex. Yeah, John has his dark brown hair color (Modder used my ymt which i had dark brown hair color ymt which someone else showed me), weathered gunbelt without clipping, chp2 black leather jacket.

the mod(s) mainly restores missing features, as well as retextures John to look more similar to his rdr1 self specifically I'm using mods to: - restore his beta head model - restore his long hair style from the main story - recolour his shirt to be beige - identical to his rdr1 shirt colour - also, in the video i was using a mod to have a darker gunslinger vest. not the same colour as his rdr1 vest, but closer than the dark blue rockstar strangely decided to go with in rdr2

@@hikikimori his face is barely shown in cutscenes in this missions, and comparing it with other people's recordings of this mission, that's about all the facial expressions he shows. as far as i know just for the face, this mod only replaces textures (excluding the npc hair)

@@zorex. John’s head from 1.00 is the exact same as the current patches head - wide neck, lowered ears and cheekbone. My mod restores the beta head.

pretty much. though the mod offers an optional feature which colours John's hair to be dark brown, like in rdr1 - i am using this feature in the video
@ashy with v2.5 you had to pomade hair for it to look dark brown. I'm pretty sure now tho, his hair is dark brown by default with the mod

Love the mod but the only downside is his facial expressions and eyebrows don't move unfortunately
