I would like to see this. It wooed show migration movements around the continent too and just because someone is from Nigeria doesn’t mean they might be genetically Nigerian. Would be nice to see more African dna tests.
As a Kenyan Nilote, how am I closer to the Zaghawa, Messiria, and Shaigia tribes in my the illustravida DNA than you are, even though I'm all the way in Kenya compared to you in South Sudan? How is that possible, like my top 3 closest population?
@@biormalu If that is the case, then why is my top 3 not close to, let's say, Somalis or any Cushitic tribes of Kenya, but specifically zaghawa, Messiria, and Shaigia? @@nafe-hdgdit’s probs cause your ppl were already Nilotic and they mixed with Cushitic who already have some Nilotic related dna. So your levels of Eurasian ancestry are probs the same. Recent genetic research(Nature's Journal) on Bantu speaking populations came out 2 weeks ago, I'm South African but it shows ancestry genetic components from, all corners of the continent, from Yemen, Ethiopia (hamar), Asian, Yoruba, European, Tanzania (hunter gatherers) , South African san people, Cameroon, Chad(laal) etc...it was interesting. And don't you understand what cushitic means? For instance, genetic research showed Somalis and Ethiopians to have a significant amount of almost half of their DNA to be from Yemen not Eurasian, and it makes sense since Aksum colonized the Southern part of the Arabia Peninsula, is that what cushitic is?
No, it’s not Yemen, I think they have just a little of south Arabian dna. Cause Somalis have the T haplogroup. And then the Habesha have a little bit of southern Arabian dna as well. But they mostly have Cushitic dna

lol i have some news for you if you are lou then you are descened of nilotes. you are a nilotic person and your language is even nilotic. you just have high influx of what is considered 'bantu'
@@user-mm5pc5cc8h There's no such thing as an "influx of bantu DNA," your Y chromosome is inherited from father to son unchanged so there is not a question about my origin, I'm Nilo-Saharan but not Nilotic as per the current definition. I personally don't see the point in defining yourself based on your autosomal makeup, in such case I'm bantu, despite belonging to the Luo ethnic group. Your paternal lineage shows your true origin, your genetic makeup could either be the result of assimilation or intermarriages with non-Nilotes, if it's the latter it's very misleading because your offspring are still very much Nilotic.

What is the origin of dinka tribe ?
Central Sudan. Like bahr al ghazal & Gezira
Not Dinka but Monyjieeng or Jieeng ...
Dinka is foreign given to us by Arabs.... We actually don't know what it means.
Probably something derogatory if given by the Arabs.
No it was given to us by colonists stemming from the Dinka name Deng
