This investigation was sent straight up to the Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Loren Worthy she will view the entire video and then she'll make her final decision. If the officers acted in a way that's contrary to their training or if the matter constitutes criminal negligence.

That was an attack, Use of force is used to detain someone, Five steps away and the so called officer was getting ready for the punch. He realized he was in trouble when the guys head hit the floor then went behind him to make sure he didn't pass out, most dangerous at that point. He was walking away he was already no match for the multiple officers following him, that equals an attack.

The biggest deal here is. After the officer punched the man, he lifted him up and then dropped him and walked away. When you are a office of the law and use brute force as a closed fist punch. chief proves himself a liar the moment he says "I see an unprovoked attack, not an attack, unprovoked use of force." Changing how you word it shows how the police chief intends to spin this to protect the criminal who attacked that man knocking the victim to the ground. Then that same attacker pulls the man to a sitting position and faces the other cops, at this point we need to know what they said to each other. I am willing to bet that the badged criminal was asking the other cops to help arrest the victim, and they refused. However that was the moment the other cops failed to be cops and became criminals as well. They walked away from a felony they witnessed, and refused to arrest the guilty party and refused to provide aid or to even call for aid for the injured victim. This should be investigated by the feds and federal charges brought against the criminals with badges. If the chief himself goes any further than he already has in this video, to cover up the crime and protect the guilty he should be charged as well, conspiracy to cover up a crime and any other crimes he commits along the way in protecting the criminals he employs.

I have some experience in unarmed combat and it keeps bothering me when officers hit low threat citizens with rear hands. Your leed hand is used for jabs the rear hand is used for power putting momentum of Body and rotation of hips and shoulders to create a much larger force.

I can't think of any other job where you get to almost kill someone on work hours and instead of arrested you're on desk duty while being investigated.
But most of the time when they do something wrong they get a paid vacation. Nice work if you can get it huh ? How come my job wasn’t like that ? Oh that’s right I’m not a cop.

Usually on the blue's side. However, I'd admit that this in fact WAS excessive force used by the officers in this case. And no, not because race or anything it's just quite simply excessive force by a Law enforcement officer.

Areest the officers publicly. We need citizens oversight committees for all our police departments. This will force them to outline clear procedures and the ability to force these departments to follow them.
They should outlaw all nightclubs to prevent this from happening in the future.
