@@rooshiemusic Great! I am a guitarist singer, my guitar playing is an obvious asset but the advantage of using the voice to drive the creative process is more liberating as far as the various possibilities available there are.

Hi! Thanks for liking it 🙏 Not sure what you mean by the fader? Can you specify that for me please? I use my webcam in OBS on my computer and my phone that I attach on a phone holder that is clipped to a shelf above my table. If I only record it, I just record a video. Then I have two videos that I edit in DaVinci resolve. If I stream, I use VDONinja app that changes my phone to another webcam that I can add to the OBS via the link that the app generates.

Do you use it to bring your voice in and fade out of the tracks? The way I do it is that I either play the reference tone in another instrument, for example, I always have a simple piano on my phone for situations where I need to make sure that i start singing at a tone that fits tuned instruments, or I play a synth within AUM as a reference tone. Or, I start singing with voices, for example I play a chord and sing, and I can hear that I'm off so I change the pitch of my voice by listening to other voices and find the right key. Voices is tuned by default, so each key fits the specific tone of the keyboard.
@@bobbybeatbox It depends on your ears I think :) Often it's enough to know the reference before the start. Or, if you have other melodic elements in the song like bass or whatever, it can help you. It was more difficult for me here as I started acapella, so I played the note, remembered it and then started recording and singing. If the bass or synth was already playing, I'd already know the key and wouldn't need any reference before starting :) I hope it makes sense... Also, I didn't explore all the settings in Voices as I worked with it like this, but I think that it's logical that it works this way. I'll go through it again anyway, I'm curious about it :D
