    Also, get minimum 8 hours of sleep a night. I was on a roll of getting 4- 6 hours for a couple weeks each month and, hate to admit, my libido was destroyed. Back to 8 hours a night, hitting the gym and cutting down on snacks and heavy carbs and voila, back to normal.

      Do you sleep fully throughout those 8 hours or do you wake up at all throughout the night? I can fall asleep fine it’s just staying asleep through the night is what I can’t do I always wake up a couple times throughout the night and I feel like I’m not getting deep enough sleep. I only get 4-5 hours of sleep I’m trying to fix it

      Sleep is great yeh but even when I prioritize sleep over gym I end up tossing and turning with so much energy I can’t sleep and end up going to the gym at night to burn that excess energy

    I do 10 pushups randomly every time I feel an urge to eat snacks, masturbate, or have the feeling to stop reading my book mid chapter. Been doing this for the past 3 days, hope I can increase my testosterone levels and accomplish my goals with this.

      Even though way one and two is the same thing ?, you get a short term boost in testosterone, is it free testosterone though, I’ve seen studies to say it’s not, but then again I didn’t do the studies myself so who knows, I call bs though. Same as these people being convinced to buy “test boosters” because they don’t wanna use steroids 😂

    In prison we used to use squats and lunges to naturally boost testosterone I've been to almost every gym in town and till this day have not seen healthier bigger and stronger men as I did in prison I myself went in a fat 275 pounds and came out 215 pounds of pure muscle with like 13 percent fat no lie

    Yup im 5’11 205 swole and ripped. No gear no trt no none that bs.. i train like my uncle’s and grandfather.. 5-14 sec rest between sets if that. And i train muscle from multiple ways .. people always complement me in gym and out public. So im happy with how I train no need for fake when god put natural inside all of us

    Sir plzzz reply..i got tested by thyrocare ltd... My (age 24 ,male hit Gym regular)got my total testosterone was 885.75ng/dl and range was (164.94-753.38)

    Just to clarify; overtraining doesn’t occur in one workout session. Overtraining occurs in killing your muscles doing too many workout sessions in a week.
    So yeah, overtraining is not a factor of reps or sets. Its a factor of frequency.
    Give enough time for your muscles to rest and recover.

      @@Britpoperss You should take in between 15 minutes and 3 hours of sunlight a day. An hour of sunlight is fine. 10am to 2pm is the best time to go outside and get some sunlight

      You mean u don't have a functioning kidney? Other ways to get T.
      1.Vitamin D - get sunlight and eat vitamin D foods.
      2.Sleep well on right and fixed time.
      3.Avoid BPA and estrogenic things.
      4.Get adequate protein and cholesterol.

      Targeting a muscle group multiple times within 48 hours. You should be training legs one day, the next do back, the next do upper body. Then the next you can do off day and then next go back to leg day repeat until death

    What’s too much and too long? I’m averaging about an hour of weight lifting every day (5 days a week) at the gym along with about 20 minutes of cardio warm up on the treadmill. Is that too much? I want to be sure that I’m not being counterproductive when it comes to raising my testosterone levels.

      Everybody is different just listen to your body, Dorian Yates did 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off for the weekend and that was juiced because he felt like anymore and he didnt recover, I’ve trained 17 years natural full on and thought I reached my full potential, training 6 days a week, each muscle group twice. Then I switched to dorians way and broke through all plateaus and realised for 14 year before I switched that I overtrained the whole time, I used to get central nervous system breakdowns the lot, simply couldn’t function some days after lifting, had to take pre workout an hour or two after training to keep focus

      @@PushDown99 yes overtrain, some people think it isn’t a thing. If I’ve trained hard as a natural, like deadlift twice per week, squat twice per week, my body doesn’t recover from that very good and progress is slow and I struggle from cns shutdown, I will call this overtrained, other people can call it what they want but it’s real. Each body part once per week is good enough if you train them hard enough, then have off days from lifting and use them for cardio

      @@ethang3997 I’ve never heard that testosterone maintains muscle. As far as I know, heavy lifting maintains muscle. But I wonder if you are on a serious work out routine, then take steroids for a few months and then go off if you will lose that roid size you gained? Can you maintain it just by lifting? Ya.       Not true. pumping iron actually decreases testosterone temporarily, and shortly after returns back to normal. Doing this consistently increases your testosterone gradually

    None of this "ways" help men who have testosterone insufficiency due to malfunctioning brain or testes. If the brain does not release the signal to tell the testes to produce testosterone, the testes will do nothing, no matter how hard you train.
