    For my hair spray, i do fenugreek, rosemary, bayleaf, and cloves and boil. I spray it every day and use a leave in the conditioner. If the hair is in braids, mix a bit of the leave in with the water 1:1 and spray the hair. So u have 2 in one. Let it air dry, and don't forget a satin scarf when you sleep. Hi! I appreciate the advice in this video. I have a question:
    Can you use the fenugreek as a hydrator between wash days? For example, I have twists as a protective style right now. At the two-week mark, I plan to hydrate, detangle, and retwist my hair (using the LOC method, and the gel you mentioned would be my Liquid/L). After this, my next wash day will be in two weeks, so basically, I will wash my hair once a month, hydrate and refresh it, and retwist after two weeks. I hope that makes sense.

      I recommend a wig for emergency cases 😅 I can't braid nicely either and do hair masks every time I take out my braids. I do diy rice-water treatment and use a wig for about a week so that my roots can rest and absorb the nutrients from the hair masks. For me the mask leaves my roots sensitive for a while but it definitely helps with growth and strengthen the hair. Proper research is advised about the rice-water. Some people make it the wrong way and use it too often so they get hair loss instead. Using it once a month is enough and adding a citrus peel like orange helps.

      - Si tes cheveux s'enfoncent dans l'eau mais restent au milieu du verre, ils ont une porosité normale

      it's also genetics as well.... sometimes the older we get our hair starts thinning and won't grow to longer lengths as well ....also medications play a huge part on our bodies, hair etc....foods we eat, drinking plenty of water, exercising also.... just fyi....hope this helps

    My natural hair is light how do I make it thick?

    • @JesusTv556
      @JesusTv556 7 місяців тому

      Herbal hair mask. My hair was light too until I learnt about herbal hair masks. Herbs like fenugreek, amla, bhingraj, Neem, moringa, rosemary and other are ground together then u mix it into a paste and apply it to your hair after shampooing. If you don't know how to make yours, u can buy for natural hair coaches. I use mine every wash day and my hair has gotten thicker and darker 😊

      Yes you can use clove water but I prefer using fenugreek infusions because it has more slip that makes detangling easier

    Why are you showing two different hairstyles? braids and twists.....Twists will always look thicker than cornrows. Show a picture of two similar styles or two of the same hairstyles, and compare those pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CLICKBAIT!!!!!!!!!!!
