Just so you know, BC is more than just Vancouver. Prince George, BC, Dawson Creek, BC etc. has some houses for sale as cheap as Alberta. Not everybody buys Real Estate in Vancouver; there are lots of other cheaper cities in BC fortunately.

Quebec PR process is now entirely ONLINE starting September 2021.
LOL 🤣 I don't think he's demotivating. He's still right though that Quebec takes longer than other provinces.
Despite the process being online, express entry from other provinces is still much faster.
the Fedral part is paper based.

Yar dill khafa kar diya kasam se .. khush b kiya start me lkn bad me khafa kar Diya. So im gona now seriously think on moving to Quebec
French is not an issue as soon I will complete my a2 and I will be enrolling for B1 so till next year I will learn and I will make sure to make my level upto B2.. weather is an issue for me but I will make my mind for that as well.. tax is a concern but we cannot do anything in that as u mentioned other pros as well but PR process is the only case now where I need help.
