      Sapate is where you go from Hindu squat to Mishra dand, then reverse. You stand up in sapate

      2. Hindu Push-Ups 10,
      3. Hindu Squats 20,
      4. Half-Moon Push-Ups 20,
      5. Hanuman Bethak 20.
      Now you can do pull-ups or clubs.
      At the end of the workout, eliminate the tension of the deep muscles of the spine: Hanuman Dand. Necessarily with a turn.
