    Once in awhile, Excedrin Migraine can work if taken during an aura, or at the first moments of pain. I've found that if taken in the middle of a migraine, it rarely helps. This is true with most OTC meds, and even prescription drugs. The key is to catch it as soon as possible.

    Aspirin would make my migraines worse, causing worse headaches, and longer symptoms.
