Zach Fuller from corexcel, who is your mentor you respect (like mcgill, mckenzie), from who you learn everything ? you learnt from school ?
I had every injury u could imagine. Every system failed me. 10 years ago i got a 3d anatomy program and figured it out my self. Experimented on my own body to fix my self. Then applied that to my clients.
Man’s a rehab genius.
@@CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab Same for me too, everything failed, my injuries just progressed.
cool facility
Hello Zack, I have an Anterior sternoclavicular dislocation problem that I have been dealing with for years and cannot solve. My shoulder blades are not proportional, my right shoulder blade is a little more protruding forward. Whenever I lift my right arm up it comes forward and hits my body as it does so. It doesn't hurt much, but I feel uncomfortable. I can retract my sc joint when I move my shoulder blade to certain angles with my right arm up. On the left, there is no such thing, so no matter how much I move my shoulder blade, the sc joint does not come forward. I think the real problem is the disproportion in the right shoulder blade. When I listen to other doctors, they talk about surgery, but I am afraid of this situation. Can you give me some advice please?
how did you get diagnosis for this?
How long can it take to fix the glutes in worse cases?
Please drop a brachalies exercise..
From arm wrestling been suffering for years
