Gyere békés megyébe is szétnèzni!
FIDEL CASTRO ! I'm crying.. There is a great potential in you when it comes to shots of people. Also, your mood together with the way you narrate Hungarian history and with showing local places in a way that I never thought can be showed make your videos really great.
Can't believe I visited BP so many times, lived there, and never visited. Guess I know where I'm going next year! Thank you! Love your shots of the people. I wish I could speak Hungarian like you, too!
One of the many remnants of the roman province, Pannonia, scattered over the western (Dunántúl) half of Hungary. Danube river formed a defendable, natural border. I can recommend you Szombathely (Savaria) or near lake Balaton/Keszthely there is Fenékpuszta (Valcum) with remains of a roman castrum - i have been working here for months, being part of archeological excavations. Also, of course, there are many other (maybe lesser known) sites in the vicinity of etc. Pilis, as i recall.
Szia! We discovered your channel today and we've watching your videos. Last year, in August, we passed right next to Aquimcum and we've been wanting to visit it. It's so nice to finally seeing a channel showing it. I mean, we've seen many videos made by tourists visiting BP but most of the time they show the same things but you managed to show more. We are looking forward to more videos and hope we can meet you in BP someday.
You're doing a really nice presentation of the kocsmas tucked away among the panel-houses. I grew up mostly in the III-II district. The kocsma in the HEV-station was where we hung out in highschool, last time i was there was after the wedding of one of my best friends. Also used to know the guy who owned Arkad Sorozo es Kavezo :) The underpass on Florian ter was one of the hubs of the Budapest punk-scene in the 80s, next to being a Roman historical site :)
Great video, but I didn't finish it yet, to be honest. I'm a bit busy at the moment. But I see this is a new channel and so I wanted to let you know you're doing a great job thus far. I have been to that area and to the paid museum site with the outdoor and indoor things to see. How long have you been there and how long have you been studying Hungarian?
@@withwillie That's funny. My family and I were there for almost exactly 2 and a half years before moving to Portugal, which was back in October. Planning to come back to Budapest in the near future. Totally miss it.
Very grateful for your interest and loving enthusiasm to our country! You are very welcomed, you are so opened and kind! Thanks a lot!❤❤❤
