The videos about edc weapons are my favourite ones. The one about loh mushti was very interesting as it is talked about very little yet a simple way of defense on you wrist. I would like to see an updated video to this mabye with a bigger one or just edc weapons in general. I have been hearing about this item called Self Defense Buddha Beads, similar to this topic, if you are looking for a future video idea. Meanwhile keep up the good work!

A couple of years ago I came up with something similar, only I mixed the sapate exercise with regular burpees (without the jump). I do 30 sapates in a row, and then 20-30 burpees right after, or sometimes I alternate between the two after every 10 reps.

There is a new physical training system (and diets) that is marketed mainly to south asians(indians), with the premise that: because indians have experienced multiple famines in the past couple centuries, that they are predisposed to more fat retention and diabetes (there are studies stating that the generation after a famine has 50 percent higher rate of obesity, could be that the survivors genes are better at storing fat or that the stress and malnourishment of famine was "logged" into survivor DNA and needs to be undone with diligent healthy life). I am interested in your perspective on this training/diet style being prescribed by the coaches. I would like your equivalent of their recommended diet in Indian food, as well as spreading the info to Indians. Thanks for reading this message. Let me know if you want to know the company, the coaching is quite expensive, so I am not sure if you would want to pay the hefty cost to evaluate it, I myself am an advanced lifter that wouldn't benefit from this (I think the first stage of the coaching is rapid fat loss, I would take a much steadier approach to keep muscle), but I think your audience would like info like this through you.

Is this similar to mike tyson push ups? I currently do diamond push up 20 reps one set, clapping push ups 20 reps one set, and mike tyson push ups 20 reps one set. Should i replace mike tyson push up with this?
There are some similarities, but they are still different. I do both types of these push-ups.
