Afternoon Peter, just back from a wee break down in Cumbria, it rains there too :) Great that you could join me Peter. Day 8 and 10 are now in the Playlist.
@@blearyview2254 Ah yes and when not raining it's been bitterly cold too. I like Cumbria in the wet when walking but not much pleasure on two wheels I don't think. Many thanks for the playlist 👍
@@Lanes-Explorer5733 We had a very enjoyable visit, we are used to rain so no biggie. We did a couple of passes but my wife hated it as they are so narrow, but I had fun :)
Enjoyed all your Norway Videos, How lucky are them people to live in them houses by the mountians and rivers. And how fortunate you were also to be able to ride them roads and enjoy that marvelous Scenery. Enjoy the ferry ride home.
Cheers Joe, you should really think about doing a Euro tour, they are great fun. Your location gives you easy access via the tunnel. Day 10 has been added to the playlist.
Another great video Alex with more stunning Norwegian scenery, I'm so glad the weather was kind to you for the Norway part of the adventure. I hope yourself and Margaret had a relaxing few days away this week, catch up soon, Michael.
Cheers Michael, we had a really good time even though the rain followed us for a couple of days. The accommodation was excellent and we even managed to do a couple of the passes in the lakes. Not the same in a car though.
Hi Nige, aye it expensive. My cousin was on a cruise to Norway a few months ago said she paid £12 for a tin of coke!!!! Although I did not see prices like that, I suspect someone was chancing it. You got to do it Nige, the roads are very rewarding.
Morning Alex. Great adventure .enjoyed them all .thank you for all your effort in editing these must be hard picking the best bits .I'll go check your play list .it's 4.30am for me now Friday morning. But my rock is now sound asleep. So it's a little me time to catch up with utube bikers Thank you again. Ride safe...old dave
Afternoon Dave, it is indeed extremely difficult to know what to cut because there are so many great place to video. Day 10 has now been added to the playlist. I hope you are doing okay Dave, it a very tough shift you are on.
Hi Dave, that sounds like a nice gig you had there. Aye, Denmark is a lovely place, it just that it is flat haha. Day 10 has been added to the playlist.
A most watchable series - stunning scenery. How did the NT1100 DCT perform? Other than the Tour mode, which of the other three did you use the most (excluding rain mode). Well done and thank you. 👌🏍️
Thank you for the lovely comment. The NT was flawless, it is a fantastic tourer with all day comfort and very easy to ride. I normally ride the bike in Sport 1 but used Sport 2 going up and down to Lysebotn. Mostly left in Tour but I also used Urban which is excellent around town. Day 10 has been added to the Playlist as will be the rest of the days but will remain unlisted. The next channel video will summerise the remain8ng days (I have still to cut that one so will be a little while). Thanks for watching 👍
Alex, an excellent series and, after watching your videos, I hope to "do" Norway in the next couple of years. 2025 will probably be UK, especially Scotland, eyeing the NC500 May-time but no firm decisions yet. Very tongue-in-cheek comments: How's your Norwegian and did the driver understand your Brogue? 😁Have you thought of using bagpipes instead of Japanese music for your opening sequence 😛😁
Norway is way better than Scotland if you are looking for outstanding scenery and the roads are quieter (well they were for me). May is a good time to do Scotland, you could/may/perhaps/if you lucky cause it rains a lot in Scotland, get drier weather although there will probably still be a chill. Aye Norwegian, happily I did not need any :) Everyone seems to speak English and can flip between languages in an instant and I never had to repeat myself so the Brogue behaved itself. I think some of the locals around Dundee sound like they are speaking Norwegian :) so lots of practice :) No chance I want to inflict that blinking noise on folk, leave the pipes for weddings when folk have had a drink :) The Rooster in the intro does it's stuff at the start of each day, so this one introduces every new video and he not going anywhere ( Although the Linux Penguin may make appearance once I fully ditch Windows).
@@blearyview2254 Ah, so we can expect an appearance from Tux! As previously mentioned, I use Linux exclusively and have done for quite some time. I still need a Windows Virtual Machine for some apps like SatNag or update my old Sena Camera☹ but very rarely. You may need Windows for the DJI editing app. It's about time the Comms and Camera manufacturers started supporting Linux. They support Apple, which is Unix based, so not a difficult job.
I will probably need Windows for some bits and pieces so I will always have a copy. I do not use the DJI app so no biggie. Yep you are spot on with Linux support but it will come down to a big enough user base.
Good morning Alex. What an amazing landscape. This has been such a great experience. Thank you for sharing your travels. 😊

Great series, thanks for taking us along. I'm going to watch and no doubt enjoy your unlisted videos 👍
Cheers Paul, and thanks for coming along during the series.
I've enjoyed this trip, knowing I'll never get to ride there myself. Thanks for bringing us along!
Thanks for watching and good to hear you enjoyed.

Great trip Al, as you say the scenery is fantastic. Great roads but shame it's so expensive over there. Glad you enjoyed it, we did too👍

Lovely looking place Alex. I worked all over Denmark for 18 months which was also beautiful but no mountains that I recall. Ride safe mate
