Which is why finding your channel on my own while surfing the net was a breath of fresh air for me as an Ace Attorney fan. You've done such amazing work when writing your stuff keeping it as canonically accurate to the AA franchise as you possibly could and I'm always at the edge of my seat whenever I see an upload from you. In my humble opinion, The Great Ace Attorney soundly overtakes any Ace Attorney game by miles in terms of music and music composition. And in perhaps in writing. At least in the first game only. I don't know why, but for some really unexplainable reason, the overarching plot about the Professor or even the plot leading to it, left me burnt out and uninterested. By the time I finished I was too dazed to remember the more intricate details. Regardless, I am very happy that you're very passionate about the channel and its future, and that means I will have to plow through the series again soon.

One small correction: The Forgotten Turnabout is actually the fourth case of Investigations 2. The horrendous case of Richard Wellington and the Banana Gloves is the Lost Turnabout.
Case was so forgettable its name was lost, guess it lived up to its name.

Man, for some reason, unlike the Ace Attorney Layton crossover game, the first Layton game playthrough on UA-cam felt like a chore/bore to watch. Because there's so much repetition of plot -> puzzle every 1-2 minutes! I even forgot what chapter/portion I stopped watching on.
Oh yeah I agree. I found the Curious Village incredibly boring too, not to mention if we remove all puzzles the remaining story is like 3-4 minutes long lol

It's a bit of a shame music doesn't weigh higher in your judgement, it's a really non-negligible part of any game, really, but to each their own I suppose

Just based overall, of course there are some parts I didn't know what to think about it, for example, I didn't play some of the Ace Attorney games, so I couldn't say if I would agree or not. But overall I have the same opinion (not all of them) but the majority and you make me like even more Herlock Sholmes the way he responded to my question. Unbelievable 🥹🔥
