Yeah, no exhaust is visible. There appears to be a fitting and hose (not necessary) to create the illusion of an exhaust system, but a steam cylinder in operation *always* shows a large amount of exhaust steam emerging at high pressure. None is seen here.
Yes this can't work the way he shows us, where is the switching valve mechanism that switches the steam pressure to push the piston back in once it reaches the end of the outwards stroke? There isn't anything, there is steam pressure on one side of the piston all the time if it did anything at all it would just push the piston out and be stuck there then just build up too much pressure and pop the hose off.
I have no idea about shock absorbers, but disappears to be a piston in a tube. So by drilling a hole on one end and the other it'll take in steam until the Piston reaches the other hole where it exhausts and then the momentum from the wheel pushes the Piston back. No idea if this is viable, but it's neat

@@polyfoamcoats1650 No he said they were exhaustless, they didn't make exhaust smoke from burning coal to generate steam, they boiled the water to make steam pressure using a chemical reaction instead of fire but they still released the steam as exhaust. But anyway by the time the steam is released after a power stroke in the engine it has cooled and isn't actually steam anymore anyway it is water vapour, steam is invisible but at below 100deg celsius it condenses into water vapour (white clouds) and liquid water, that is what you see coming out.

This is probably fake, and certainly VERY dangerous. It's dangerous because there is no "pop off" valve to regulate the boiler pressure. It /might/ work because shocks have a taper inside to apply less pressure in the center of the stroke and more near the end, and that might work as a valve. The white box on the outlet is just the condenser which keeps the steam from just blowing out and burning you. I can't find any other examples of this sort of valving, but they may be out there. If you want an engine that most certainly DOES work, look at this one: ua-cam.com/video/0LlAOPRmoow/v-deo.html Still using shock, but openings have been cut in the side to provide valving and release. The left shock, more vertical one, is the valve, and the horizontal shock in the middle is the piston. The little gas pump under the piston is just being used to pump water. Perhaps he intends to inject fresh water into the boiler in the future, but I don't think it can overcome the pressure for that function, so for now it's just a demo of work done, along with the generator and light.

Хотя сальники в амортизаторах не должны этого давать сделать, но может у него переделано как, поэтому выход может и есть, а так же хрен его знает что это за коробочка как она с другой стороны регулирует. Как мы видем она просто в воздухе висит. Но что точно, так это то что у такого двигателя не будет хорошей отдачи, он так будет, чтобы просто крутился, и он даже скорость с трудом будет развивать. А здесь мы видем другое, что выглядет как будто бы ещё более менее нормально. Так что да, здесь обман. И выхода пара мы здесь никак не видем, не через золотник, не через эту коробочку. Так что тут просто обман. Но я тебе написал, двигатель который ели ели крутит в теории ещё можно создать, вот ели ели рассчитать что сила которая добавляется от вес этого маховика как раз будет соответствовать потерям, а компенсация потерь в нормальном ходе вот путем какого-то компенсатора этой коробочки, компенсацией в разное время на обратной стороне. Работать оно кое-как фигово могло бы. Но мощности конечно поубавилось бы. Здесь и этого нет, здесь обман, здесь нет вообще пара, который вообще нигде и никак не выходит.

@@IvanKnavI я видел устройства из таких поршней, без золотников. Но там в роли золотника сам рабочий цилиндр выступает. Либо соединено следовательно, то есть с выхода одного цилиндра подаётся на вход другово, либо вот видел у мужика как раз из таких амортизаторов, у кого хотя и из таких же цилиндров несколько и могло быть последовательно, но у него по 4 отверстия на рабочем поршне, и здесь тоже бы по идее с 4 отверстиями можно сделать без золотника и уже нормально, можно будет снимать работу. А у мужика там как-то ещё более хитро было сделано вроде, вроде там не просто спуск через другие отверстия, а тоже подача в другой цилиндр, и радиальное расположение этого всего. Я тогда так и не разобрался как оно работает, может сейчас бы разобрался. У приличных машин ещё и отсечка есть, с подушкой в виде этого пара, который сжимается. А не обязательно на всём ходе впуск и выпуск, это регулируется тоже золотником. Но это и дало бы сделать такой же цилиндр без золотника, но с 4 отверстиями, и расстояние между отверстиями как раз на уровне той самой отсечки. Правда вот так чисто в уме не представляю как это должно работать. Поэтому и необходимо смотреть видео, мне лично. А если для тебя всё очевидно, ты точно знаешь как надо делать и можешь делать, и оно только с золотником зачем тогда другое смотреть?

The white thing is a steam condenser. The volume of condensed water is much lower than that of steam.

@@user-qh4gs3gx4g если не будет синхронного прерывания подачи пара -- механизм однозначно не будет работать! И никакое "пар заталкивается обратно" не поможет -- ибо это не работает, и точка. Нужен золотник,или что-то, его заменяющее
@@IvanKnavI нет не точка, частично пар может проходить сквозь цилиндр. Хотя сальники в амортизаторах не должны этого давать сделать, но может у него переделано как, поэтому выход может и есть, а так же хрен его знает что это за коробочка как она с другой стороны регулирует. Как мы видем она просто в воздухе висит. Но что точно, так это то что у такого двигателя не будет хорошей отдачи, он так будет, чтобы просто крутился, и он даже скорость с трудом будет развивать. А здесь мы видем другое, что выглядет как будто бы ещё более менее нормально. Так что да, здесь обман. И выхода пара мы здесь никак не видем, не через золотник, не через эту коробочку. Так что тут просто обман. Но я тебе написал, двигатель который ели ели крутит в теории ещё можно создать, вот ели ели рассчитать что сила которая добавляется от вес этого маховика как раз будет соответствовать потерям, а компенсация потерь в нормальном ходе вот путем какого-то компенсатора этой коробочки, компенсацией в разное время на обратной стороне. Работать оно кое-как фигово могло бы. Но мощности конечно поубавилось бы. Здесь и этого нет, здесь обман, здесь нет вообще пара, который вообще нигде и никак не выходит.

Но автор должен был уж тогда об'яснить как оно у него работает без золотника, и что за коробочка вообще.

Даже с учётом если бы поршень пропускал пар, вот никак не могу представить что там за регулятор коробочка.
А мне вот просто интересно, может и правда на регуляторах давления и обратных клапанах можно что-то как-то сделать. Но сдается мне нет, они так быстро не работают как золотник, ничего не выйдет.

@@IvanKnavI я видел устройства из таких поршней, без золотников. Но там в роли золотника сам рабочий цилиндр выступает. Либо соединено следовательно, то есть с выхода одного цилиндра подаётся на вход другово, либо вот видел у мужика как раз из таких амортизаторов, у кого хотя и из таких же цилиндров несколько и могло быть последовательно, но у него по 4 отверстия на рабочем поршне, и здесь тоже бы по идее с 4 отверстиями можно сделать без золотника и уже нормально, можно будет снимать работу. А у мужика там как-то ещё более хитро было сделано вроде, вроде там не просто спуск через другие отверстия, а тоже подача в другой цилиндр, и радиальное расположение этого всего. Я тогда так и не разобрался как оно работает, может сейчас бы разобрался.
У приличных машин ещё и отсечка есть, с подушкой в виде этого пара, который сжимается. А не обязательно на всём ходе впуск и выпуск, это регулируется тоже золотником. Но это и дало бы сделать такой же цилиндр без золотника, но с 4 отверстиями, и расстояние между отверстиями как раз на уровне той самой отсечки. Правда вот так чисто в уме не представляю как это должно работать. Поэтому и необходимо смотреть видео, мне лично. А если для тебя всё очевидно, ты точно знаешь как надо делать и можешь делать, и оно только с золотником зачем тогда другое смотреть?
