I guess the LSM-Boost is mainly in place to create a new block zone. They aim to have a capacity of 1700 p.p.h. so there are gonna be a lot of trains on the track simultaneously.
It's very likely that the LSM boost before the stall doesn't boost the train all that much faster than it's currently going, but it instead has an interesting secondary purpose: to be a block section. That looks to line up with the seemingly higher density of block sections from the turntable to the end of the layout. Despite the relatively short trains, Europa appears to be planning on sending out trains really frequently
You can see on the table model that the stall is as tall as the initial quarter loop, and thus way taller than the previous immelman. The boost is definitely needed, but it can also act as a block zone for sure.
I think it boosts. I got the sensation that you still speeding up while climbing to the stall. Since it's located in a valley, they probably fine tuned it to feel like the continuation of the acceleration from the previous drop. If so, genius move from them, ride is at good pace there, so a smooth boost will give it a more natural flow. Anxious to jump aboard it!!!

What camera size do you require to get the video quality up to 2160 4K just curious, and also have you used all the types of Go Pro from Hero 1 to 10 and is their a major difference between the quality of each one
This is going to be a great coaster, but i will wait like 2 or 3 years before riding it for the first time, because if one goes there when this coaster just has been opened is going woait about 3hours or maybe even longer xD
Not unpopular at all. I stand on that too!!! It has everything: Amazing layout, great pacing, the inversions look spot on and the airtime hills in between... MASTERFUL! Many people may question the turn table stoppage killing it a bit, but I disagree, it will be a welcome breath catching moment for the second half. If they put any kind of show there, cherry on top.
Will be legitimately surprised if this ends up being called Voltron given that that is the name of a westernized anime from the '80s/ Netflix show. Unless of course they theme it to the show that would be cool.
@@espionagearea51media I also imagine it might open them up to a potential lawsuit due to international copyright law. But who knows stranger things have happened

To be honest I am pretty sceptical. The coaster seems fun, but there are better rides out there for sure. Especially because I think that the turntable will really kill the pase and nice momentum you have. The theming will make or break it for me I think. If it will be somewhat of a generic industrial theming I wont be a big fan, if they can bring more unique elements to the architecture of the area and romanticize the style, it can be a great experience for me.
I get what you mean, but I think for EPs audience this is a perfect fit. The turntable will probably be a nice moment to catch a breath before the big final part comes. I hope with all the electical theme they wont go with a simple industrial theme, but more like Efteling did with Baron 1898

I want a ride themed to vld now, it’d be so cool 😭😭
Very exciting. One suggestion - consider slowing down when speaking.
I hope there will be some theming during the turn table segment. Because else I feel like the ride will have a bit of a boring middle point that takes away all the speed and has you waiting for the rest of the ride for 30 seconds or so.
Since its just the first stage of this area and its more than likely that more attractions will come into this area of croatia, im pretty confident that the theming will expand around this coaster
I am sure there will be a lot of theming when the ride openes. They have a whole year for this as it is only opening in 2024 and the track is already beeing installed right now
Over 4,500 ft for a Mack Big Dipper? This will definitely be interesting.
Think you mis-counted the inversions. I'm pretty sure it has 8.
Inversion out the station
Zero G roll
Immelmen x2
Inverted stall
Dive loop
Barrel roll
Corkscrew
My apologies, I'm bad at math lol -Taylor
Vivement 2024 🎢 🎢 🎢 Voltron Coaster....
is this what the epic universe coaster is
It will have a different train set up
They’re a power house
I guess the Stryker coaster is like the infinity coaster to the euro fighter but in this case to the Big Dipper
What camera size do you require to get the video quality up to 2160 4K just curious, and also have you used all the types of Go Pro from Hero 1 to 10 and is their a major difference between the quality of each one
The Mack infinity coaster
This is going to be a great coaster, but i will wait like 2 or 3 years before riding it for the first time, because if one goes there when this coaster just has been opened is going woait about 3hours or maybe even longer xD
With Europa-Park’s insane capacity and operations, an hour besides peak season at most
@@revofreak1993 for a NEW coaster? you got to be kidding...
@@KingJohnson1985 It’s not Six Flags, it’s Europa-Park, they have probably the best operations in the world
@@revofreak1993 and? even they cant handle an overload of the queue...its normal a new coaster has far longer waiting times...
@@KingJohnson1985 I rode Wodan a week after it opened in 2012, station walk both 2 days
I think this is very unpopular, but I believe that this will be the worlds best roller coaster
@@ruipeixoto5737 It looks fantastic. I really want to get down there an experience it
Not the best one, but yeah its one of the best. I rode it last week
Will be legitimately surprised if this ends up being called Voltron given that that is the name of a westernized anime from the '80s/ Netflix show. Unless of course they theme it to the show that would be cool.
Voltron was one of my all time favorites, so it would be so weird for me seeing a coaster named that but not themed for it, lol
@@espionagearea51media I also imagine it might open them up to a potential lawsuit due to international copyright law. But who knows stranger things have happened
@@DeadAsmodean They have already registered voltron as a patent and thus officially belong to them. I don't think there should be any problem with this
That show is completely unknown in Germany so I really dont see any issues here.
Europa and Thorpe ending their 12 year coaster drought with Mack in 2024
Ehm? Europa-Park added like 3 coasters in the past 12 years …
im proud to live near by Rust
When someone talks about Mack big dipper, everyone just thinks about Lost gravity
Dynamite: Am I joke to you?
It’s located at a lot more niche park, so it doesnt get talked about as much.
@@CoasterStudios Yeah I know, but I like it more, Freizeitpark Plohn is very overlooked
@@extrakubik4123Plohn is better then Walibi Holland in every way, except they don’t have Goliath.
These towers should be full scale.
Overall I'd trust Europa park to make some pretty impressive theming, I think they know what they're doing
do you think it will be a world class coaster or just a solid one?
tough to say! I could see it going either way
When it comes to uniqueness, definitely World class. But when it comes to thrill, more so lower bottom
Europe does theming like nowhere else, not necessarily more or better than say universal just...... different. Which is obviously good. Good backstory too.
So it’s a out and back
This looks like one of those layouts you come up with in RCT3 and feels too unrealistic
