CURRIED DUCK, Best Tasting Duck!

This amazingly delicious Curried Duck recipe is one of the absolute best!! The curried coconut flavor brings out the best taste in the duck, plus it’s tender and so juicy!
*Ingredients*
1 whole duck cut into pieces (3-4 1bs)
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning (chief brand)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic & onion powder
1-2 tbsp goat/duck curry powder
1-2 tbsp regular curry powder
1/2 cup green seasonings
1/2 cup chopped garlic & onion
4 tbsp cooking oil
3 twigs fresh thyme
Whole pepper
1/2 cup to 1 cup coconut milk
Use recipe as a guide, taste and make necessary adjustments.
