This is what makes your curry unique, different from the traditional duck curry. It's perfectly done and I would recommend it to be the front page of a cook book or a newspaper. For me no the sweetest meat curry is the one that is cooked in enough oil but u can always cook it to your preference hun use less oil my recipes are to my liking and preference 🤗

Never try the whole geera love. Usually the cinnamon stick. Some people add cloves as well.
It does give the curry a nice flavor love yes I added cloves before too 😍😘
We don’t put potato in our duck but nothing wrong who ever like putting it.
