I was in an abusive relationship then when I broke up with her (finally) I found someone that treats me much better and I just sobbed to her on our first date just knowing what I was missing in my life, my fairy lights were on, a soft comforter and a ton of furry pillows, hard rain in the background, she was abused by an ex too and I could tell she wanted to cry too but she was strong for me. After we were kissing so passionately and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. it was the most romantic thing ever and it’s my favorite memory. This song brings it all back because we listened to it that very day. Thank you Frown the Empire for being apart of my most beautiful memory.

Honestly this is my favourite song by CTE I LOVE there heavier stuff but this is just so passionate and I can really connect to it. It takes my breath away every time I listen to it and half the time it's on repeat in my iPod
Yeah the vocals are a little shaky but it matches the theme of the song. It's about being lost, and if you ask me, his voice fits the disposition of it.

I listened to this for the first time today and i felt a little tingle in my heart listening to it
I just read through a few comments and I see a lot of "emo" in there. First, there's nothing wrong with people being emo (emotional) I mean, we know they have feelings and that's a good thing right? Second, not everyone here is that stereotype that people put as "emo." Some people Listen to crown the empire because the music is fucking amazing and the Lyrics are pretty awesome too.
I was in an abusive relationship then when I broke up with her (finally) I found someone that treats me much better and I just sobbed to her on our first date just knowing what I was missing in my life, my fairy lights were on, a soft comforter and a ton of furry pillows, hard rain in the background, she was abused by an ex too and I could tell she wanted to cry too but she was strong for me. After we were kissing so passionately and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. it was the most romantic thing ever and it’s my favorite memory.
This song brings it all back because we listened to it that very day. Thank you Frown the Empire for being apart of my most beautiful memory.
