I like mixing it up with my headphones I hear the bass better and it's more like I don't want to bothered by the world, with big bass speaker I want to bother the world
I guess Im randomly asking but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost my password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
Some of you guys are acting like the original is wiped from existence or something, like damn. If you like the original better then just go listen to it.
I think that you could potentially relate to this song quite easily in a metaphorical sense, so I can see how one might interpret it to be beautiful in that sense.
Andy isn't really screaming. He is still doing clean vocals, just a lot louder. The only reason it might sound like he is screaming is because he starts to tense up his vocal cords more at the end to where it gets that "screaming" sound. :)
I dont know if its just me, but I feel like this song, in the metaphorical sense, means that WE are johnny. We wanted so much in life, and we wanted to be someone, but we sacrificed so much that in the end we were nothing but another clone. Then, someone comes to you and tells you that you can be what you always wanted without working towards it, all you have to do is give him something precious to you, i.e. your soul. Then, he betrays you, taking your "soul" and leaving you with less than you had before, finally realizing you should've worked your ass off instead of sacrificing everything and then thinking you could get anywhere without work. Like I said, metaphorical sense.
so my friend said he would never get into this band... i had him listen to this song and the next time i got onto facebook he had changed his profile pic to the fallout cover. XD
I don't understand what's wrong with the different versions of songs without autotune, like, this shit is raw af and it's amazing, Andy deserves a lot more recognition, and he needs to make an album in which he uses no autotune bc tbh this is amazing
When Andy says "Don't ever trust the devil, bitch!" it's not as good as the original. I didn't notice that last night... Anyways when Andy and David screamed together, it was awesome but I still say the music video version is the best...
I'm starting to like this group. The "DON'T EVER TRUST THE DEVIL, BITCH!" before the bridge makes the rest of the song more bad-ass, just like the "IDGAF!" in Makeshift Chemistry
They totally only recorded this in a lower tuning so that Andy's voice could be sang in a lower key. Singing high is pretty strenuous and by doing this they will be able to pull off this version of the song live completely flawless. THEY DID THIS FOR YOU GUYS.
I just realized that this song is about going to hell by being tricked by giving your soul to the devil. Wow you can understand so much more when you read the lyrics instead of listening to the lyrics. Still an awesome song though!
Yeah, Johnny Ringo was an old western outlaw that sold his soul for riches and fame. Then as a repayment the devil took his soul. If you google the name, it tells you his whoole history.
Yep and it eh final installment of this song trilogy. "Johnny's rebellion", be raises up an army in hell to defeat the devil and then he takes his place on the throne.
Yea, everyone says the original is better but I just can't get past the scratchiness of the sound and the raw screaming. It's good, just sounds less refined than this version.
I like this ones singing more and the original's screaming more but that's just my preference. The "DON'T EVER TRUST THE DEVIL BITCH" feels more intense to me in this one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I seriouslu think this re-release is dope as hell. I dig the first one so much, but this one just blew my mind. I knew it was gonna be a lot different.. And I love it!
I hope CTE will announce a new album soon. You guys have so much potential and tho i feel i like the old ep. more, the scream vocals do seem alot better than previously. Real stoked to see Andy and Dave perform new songs
I've always wondered what this song and wake me up would of sounded with Dave in it and now we have that opportunity to hear and it sounds incredible to me I even love hearing both andy and Dave scream in this track and I really loved 3:24-the end
The first one was the best in my opinion, then the video version, then this one. I love all the versions of this song though and Dave's cleans sound so awesome in this.
Is it just my headphones or is something a little odd about the mixing? To me it seems like to vocals are overpowering, but maybe it's just that I'm used to the original. Otherwise this sounds awesome.
I know they re-made it, but it just sounded a little too heavy in the vocals on the first listen. I listened to it again with speakers and it sounded fine.
taylor0367 The balance is ok on my headphones (Sennheiser 280 Pro). I think bands like this and others need to stop sampling drums so much and heavily editing everything so its perfect to the grid. Everything would sound sooooo much better!
I have no idea why they remade everything. They sounded fine in the original versions, now most of the songs are sung lower pitched. Although I do have to say David sounded beautifully vibrant lol. ;)
Let's get this straight. There are three versions to this song. The original on Limitless, the music video one which is different due to David has vocals on it, then this which sounds amazing. Dave was not involved in the original version or in Limitless at all. Then he was in the Johnny Ringo music video, then The Fallout, and so forth.
Everyone stop fucking complaining! the whole purpose of the album is to remake their songs purely rather than relying on computer generated effects such as auto-tune, they said so themselves in a post on their facebook page!
Johnny Ringo was an outlaw who went against Wyatt Earp and Doc Holiday. I wonder if they are singing of the young man who went against the law and was betrayed by his own men, or are using him as a symbol of renegades along with him and Curly Bill. Either way, look up tombstone the movie and Johnny Ringo the real life guy, they are both interesting as hell.
I honestly feel like I'm too emotionally attached to the older version to properly enjoy this one, but In this version I definitely loved his "Don't ever trust the devil, bitch!" It's much more agressive & surprising.
I get that the original is... well, the original. But honestly, I love this version. Andy's voice sounds matured, which puts them apart from so many bands attempting to carve a name for themselves in this style. A-fucking-plus job on this. Really cool.
The Re-Issue is so much like their live sound. The reason the re-record is because they have changed. Everyone's input into what they want changed isn't going to change anything. This is going to be how they sound on the new album which is supposed to drop in the Spring. So get used to it. They are different, love it or don't listen to the new stuff. Anyone who has seen them live will agree that this is how they sound now; Dark, Deep, Powerful. They aren't teenagers anymore (except for Andy). They have matured and everyone needs to know that.
Mreli1988 ...if you arent smart enough to know what i ment than dont fucking comment. i was talking about the version with dave..... since i was talking about him.....
I listened to this on my shitty laptop speakers and could easily hear that they added way more musical elements to this re-recording. It is fucking awesome!!! For those who can't appreciate a band maturing, and learning how to make their music more complex, stop insulting this and go listen to the original, because this is amazing.
All of the re-recorded tracks are pretty close in preference to the originals for me, but this version kicks the living shit out of the original Johnny Ringo for me.
+Jared Lussiana they didn't record anything with Zac, they liked his contest entry but didn't like him live or anything which is fair enough. It's just changed now all vocals on limitless were andy, they just wanted big Dave in on limitless
People bitching about Andy's vocals? It's in a different tuning. It's LOWER which means he has to bring his voice a WHOLE step Down. As you get older your voice develops more, and his got deeper so he's going to sing deeper right?
This is your time Your life's flashing before your eyes And soon enough you will realize that this is goodbye But what if I gave you a chance? You just have to sell your soul Look around, what do you see? The choices you never had the guts to make? I'm sorry you never could be the man that you wanted But regret is wasted on me I can feel air inside my lungs again All because of you I can rebuild my life and start again All because of you This feeling's amazing, I know But be careful, you know not what you wish for Granted life again but now you've cheated death There's no where to run when you run from yourself But fear not for as long as you live you are mine And even in death you will find You've lived with regret for so long but now Is your chance to change what has been wrong I can feel air inside my lungs again All because of you I can rebuild my life and start again All because of you And I know that my destiny wasn't written in the stars It was just a part of satellites and it's all because of you Yeah, it's all because of you Don't ever trust the devil, bitch! To me it seems like a song that is remixed or changed during re-recording actually sounds better with more layers or electronic parts included. But with this re-issue its like they took away more than adding onto the exist song, just so it sounds more like their latest album. So it is good for new fans, but tough for old ones.
I cant decide which one i like more. The EP or fallout. They both have very different versions of JR. I really like the "DONT EVER TRUST THE DEVIL, BITCH!" in this one. But i dont know.
I'm honestly surprised that everything I read about the reissue is negative. I absolutely love it and I think the rerecorded versions sound great. Of course, I love the originals as well, just for different reasons. I feel like the reissue shows their progression and maturity as a band and people. They're not into the whole techno breakdowns anymore, Andy's screams have improved a lot, and David adds more power to the songs. Just my opinion, and of course, everyone is entitled to their own, I'm just shocked that a majority of the comments say they don't like or even hate these versions. People just don't like change I guess...
Ay. El final de esta version es perfecto, eso es lo positivo. Pero de la original no habia nada para cambiarle xq es perfecta asdf sobretodo el comienzo. No conozco mejor principio de cancion que la original de johnny ringo asffadsfa
I loved when David sang. He should honestly do clean vocals more often. I liked Andy's vocals in the first one better. He seemed a less passionate in this. I loved when they alternated screams. This song definitely had it's amazing parts but I prefer the old version.
I don't see why people are complaining about this version. Especially about andy's vocals, they're MUCH better in this song than previous versions of it. He sounds much more mature, and to be all that honest the originals sounded a bit whiny. I still enjoy every version none the less.
As a person that normally listens to songs with headphones on, it sounds SO different without headphones.
so true
I like mixing it up with my headphones I hear the bass better and it's more like I don't want to bothered by the world, with big bass speaker I want to bother the world
so true af
it is pretty obvious haha it happens with every music
I guess Im randomly asking but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account?
I was stupid lost my password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
I only listen to this version cuz the part where Andy is like "Don't ever trust the Devil b*tch" is done better than in the original XD
Fits that profile pic XD
Nathan Rex Reminder: Kaneki only wanted to go on a date
Logan Von Meow so true but he trusted that devil woman changing his life forever
Nathan Rex He didn't know Rize was a ghoul mate (tbh she was kinda pretty ;3)

3:31 "All because of you!" - gives me chills
Some of you guys are acting like the original is wiped from existence or something, like damn. If you like the original better then just go listen to it.
I cant find it anywhere
@@GabrieldMoura the official music video is the original version.
... Isn't this the original?
@@leviface007no it's a rerecorded version I guess
This version definitely sounds lower pitched than the original
It is.
Drop B !
ya
Ooo what’s the original called
@@fandomgirl8202 same name
The song is even more beautiful when you actually understand the lyrics
Umm, do you know what the song is about? xD
Steven Rivera I think that music is for you to determine what it means.
and what it means to you.
This part of a trilogy songs that make up a story. In this one Johnny is trying to make a deal with a devil.
I think that you could potentially relate to this song quite easily in a metaphorical sense, so I can see how one might interpret it to be beautiful in that sense.
2:43 Andy and Dave screaming together omg
Andy isn't really screaming. He is still doing clean vocals, just a lot louder. The only reason it might sound like he is screaming is because he starts to tense up his vocal cords more at the end to where it gets that "screaming" sound. :)
Jared Sullivan no those are defiantly unclean vocals, just a different technique than the one he used in the EP.
This song is better than the original in some places, but I kinda prefer the older one more. But this still sounds fucking amazing.
Sigfee I agree

RafeedHossainTV sure.
RafeedHossainTV nah man it was a story about some dude who disappeared mysteriously
Nope. It's about this old western TV show character named Johnny Ringo who said to have sold his soul to the devil for a second chance :D
YESSS. The whole song right there!
he/she said metaphorical sense. just saying..
Limitless > The Fallout
The Fallout > Reissue
Limitless > Reissue
The Fallout > Everything
lol :DD
BlinkTheEmpire I actually preferred Limitless over the Fallout, the songs had more meaning.
i m agree ._.
BlinkTheEmpire Best comment on here.

Nah, you saying Andy is an idot makes you sound like an idiot. Suckah
blunder buss Oh, he's an idiot all right.
Not sure if he's an idiot (I don't know him) but he is AWFUL live. Dave > Andy.
The other version killed that part... lol. Like it could give this shit nightmares..
For anybody who plays guitar, all the Limitless reissue songs are in Drop B. The original Limitless songs are in Drop C#.
They totally only recorded this in a lower tuning so that Andy's voice could be sang in a lower key. Singing high is pretty strenuous and by doing this they will be able to pull off this version of the song live completely flawless. THEY DID THIS FOR YOU GUYS.
This song shows just how much Andy's voice has changed in nearly 3 years
I never get tired of this band or song..

Not having piano takes away so much from this song in my opinion. Wish they got a keyboardist again, it made everything so unique.
How did I just now discover this newer version after knowing it since it came out because my God 🥵
I've always wondered what this song and wake me up would of sounded with Dave in it and now we have that opportunity to hear and it sounds incredible to me I even love hearing both andy and Dave scream in this track and I really loved 3:24-the end

prefer this so much more than the original. so much clearer, the guitars are not completely clashing and much more chilled singing. I love it
this just makes me miss andys screams even more :'(
Andy screams a little on this track though
like one lol johnny ringo and its not his old one :/
his screams were absolutely terrible though...........

I saw them live in August and they did this song it was amazing 😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥
Daves screams and clean vocals are just..fucking wow man. Perfect
Andy has such a magical voice

I love all the versions of this song though and Dave's cleans sound so awesome in this.
Dave's screams sound amazing in the Reissue in my opinion.
These new versions have changed my mind about you guys. I was getting bored of your songs, thanks for this!

This is definitely the best re-do. Heaps better than the original!
I can now listen to this song !
Before I couldn't this version is sweet !

christ those kicks at 1:41 are fucking glorious
I didnt think the ep could get any better, they showed me wrong
Definitely hard to say which is better because each one tells its own style of tge story. This one is much darker while the other is lighter.
I do too!
Reminds me of Panic! At the Disco but this song is amazing no matter what, I fell in love already!
Yes! This was before P!AD so I don't like it
The breakdown feels a lot better in this version.
This is awesome. I like the effects.
I was making g a playlist of all the songs my friend's show choir group, and I was really shocked when this came up.
Honestly this was weird at first but the more I listen to it the better it gets Dave's vocals are epic
Love how Dave does cleans in this one:)
The Re-Issue is so much like their live sound. The reason the re-record is because they have changed. Everyone's input into what they want changed isn't going to change anything. 3:22 Is fucking epic tho
Kuroshitsuji~! ✨
Uncleans def better in this version. Cleans better in the ep.
no dave had a more aggressive scream/yell/growl in the first version this is more of a cleaned up version of the first one with dave

I honestly love their new style
I love the intro so much
Such a sweet voice at the begging the scream scared me ;-;

I prefer the original, it's more haunting and raw where this one sounds over produced.
I thought this sounded more live, lol.
i like this one better. i think its bc i heard this one first
All of the re-recorded tracks are pretty close in preference to the originals for me, but this version kicks the living shit out of the original Johnny Ringo for me.
I love the original songs and remakes both the same idk why but I do.
Am I the only one getting a Panic at the Disco feel from this song?
Yes.
Yes.
YES!!!!
+Boganella i get it tbf
IM NOT THE ONLY ONE
0:19 that part gives me chills I fucking love it!!!!!!
ahhh the journey i repeat once again
this and wake me up are better than the originals
Dave's screams are excellent
+Jared Lussiana they didn't record anything with Zac, they liked his contest entry but didn't like him live or anything which is fair enough. It's just changed now all vocals on limitless were andy, they just wanted big Dave in on limitless
I absolutely love crown the empire but the original Johnny ringo is what made me fall in love with them this one I on my see as a remake
It is a remake so there you go.
still my fav johnny song of theirs
People bitching about Andy's vocals? It's in a different tuning. It's LOWER which means he has to bring his voice a WHOLE step Down. As you get older your voice develops more, and his got deeper so he's going to sing deeper right?
sounds awesome..and..I think much more harder and better than original version.
anyway,like it!
Loving Dave's clean vocals
I love this band
Anyone else notice that the picture has two different visuals? I hope I'm not the only one who sees a limping man, and 2 people embraced.
im loving it man IMO sounds really nice a richer fuller sound keep it up
This is your time
Your life's flashing before your eyes
And soon enough you will realize that this is goodbye
But what if I gave you a chance?
You just have to sell your soul
Look around, what do you see?
The choices you never had the guts to make?
I'm sorry you never could be the man that you wanted
But regret is wasted on me
I can feel air inside my lungs again
All because of you
I can rebuild my life and start again
All because of you
This feeling's amazing, I know
But be careful, you know not what you wish for
Granted life again but now you've cheated death
There's no where to run when you run from yourself
But fear not for as long as you live you are mine
And even in death you will find
You've lived with regret for so long but now
Is your chance to change what has been wrong
I can feel air inside my lungs again
All because of you
I can rebuild my life and start again
All because of you
And I know that my destiny wasn't written in the stars
It was just a part of satellites and it's all because of you
Yeah, it's all because of you
Don't ever trust the devil, bitch!
I never wanted this
(It's time that you suffered the consequence)
I should have know my time was up
(I gave you your time, and now your soul is mine)
I can't feel air inside my lungs
I'm dead
All because of
You!
All because of you!
I can't feel air inside my lungs, I'm dead!
All because of you!
I can't rebuild my life and start again
All because of you!
All because of you!
All because of
You!
