Nick Saban knew he lost the best coach he ever had. Kirby smart was and is the best defensive mind and Nick saw that and saw Kirby’s passion for what he does.
After today, the team has two more games to win to get to the National Title. Everybody needs to be concentrating on that. Whenever the last game is played, that's when a lot of juniors and coaches can make decisions for the future. Until then, Clemson, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Michigan State need to prepare for whichever opponent the CFP Committee throws at them. "One game at a time." It is how the winners play the game.
Saban is a professional and know’s Kirby’s a professional, that’s why he said he should be a head coach, and that’s why he said he wasn’t worried about the the game. Simple. Be a professional.
I think people are finally seeing how genuine CNS is. When a casual football fan sees one of his outbursts on the sidelines, they assume it’s for the wrong reasons (like he’s shaming the player, or making it about himself, or whatever other reason). The REAL reason is......CNS is giving them adversity for the poor decision they made (which is preparing them for life). I can’t think of any other person in the world that is more prepared for the ups and downs (aka adversity) in life than a Nick Saban coached athlete. I once heard Colt McCoys father (sorry, I didn’t recall his first name) say something that relates to what I’m taking about.......”We should prepare our kids for the road, not prepare the road for our kids.” Anyway, when you see Coach talking about his players in an off-the-field interview, it’s so apparent that he cares for his players and takes a lot of pride in helping them develop on and off the field.

Nick saban for prez
That is what he is supposed do, if he would have gave in one little bit the reporters would have run it in the ground. Good for you Mr Saban.
And then you want people to respond to it..... I love this! Like Bill Parcells said about the press: Subversion from within...
The best guy ever under nicks wing now I'm a bama fan all day but Kirby smart is the only other coach I would pull for I like ga beat the he'll out of texas🖒
GEORGIA BULLDOGS my team and always has been….GO DAWGS…. and this coach right here goes beyond just being a coach…NICK SABAN is just awesome….he has created great coaches, a great Alabama team year after year…he doesn’t have to explained anything……talk to the coke bottle…
You have to love him
Saban saw his potential and knew he would eventually lose to Kirby in the natty, so he got defensive
Wow. what a reach.

Talk to the bottle. The Hand of The King don’t talk back. He claps back…
The bottle wasn't used to explain Kirby Smart. The Bottle was given the opportunity to explain Kirby Smart had a reporter asked. Unfortunately, we'll never know if a reporter asked the bottle because the video ended, but I wouldn't put it past that bunch.
But the Coca-Cola Bottle will win
Nick Saban knew he lost the best coach he ever had. Kirby smart was and is the best defensive mind and Nick saw that and saw Kirby’s passion for what he does.
Those same words are spoken at every AA meeting. Ask the bottle, but don't ask me.
Nick saban will let you know ahead of time what not to ask.
Here I am, watching Saban talk of Smart a night before they meet in the National Championship
Here I am reading your comment and watch Nick talk about Smart while Alabama is still on the Championship, the night before the game🤣🤣
Bruh I’m a Georgia fan this shit is plain bullying
I would have been the reporter speak up and say, “ this question is for the come bottle”…..
Why didn’t he want the press to ask the Dasani bottle? I think it was because the Dasani bottle knew about it but Saban didn’t want anyone to ask it.
He’s got balls! Tells it like it is, no PC bullshit.
Looking back this is one of the most American videos of all time
I think people are finally seeing how genuine CNS is.
The bottle speaks for itself and just kept the top on it.
He was doing so well until the end, 😂
Shush the bottles got something to say😂
Who would have thought. 6 years later…….
