I'm so sorry your dad is going through this. I looked after people with dementia and the only positive thing I can say is they don't know what's going on because they were often in their own world. I felt the pain from people who had all their faculties but couldn't do anything for themselves and relied on nurses, doctors and carers to do what they couldn't which included cleaning their bodies. I say all of this with love and kindness. Luke Evans is an amazing singer and I hope for those few minutes your dad comes back to you.
