Interesting linen pressing system! You may want to consider scuba tablecloths form Urquid. No iron fabric, get it from the dryer quickly, fold and store.

I hate debt. So this kind of "leverage" I can definitely get behind.

I know absolutely nothing about how to build a website! Or anything else like that period are there special apps? Or should I hire someone to make it for me .? I'm literally clueless about that part

I remember you originally purchased your white fan back chair through Co-op. Are you still buying through them or is the another company you're using? Love the video's and inspiration!!!

The ones from Co-op were fantastic. I have also purchased through Special Event Sales & National Event Supply.

If you have to start out small with just tables and chairs and everybody goes for the people that has everything how do you ever grow?

There are customers of all types.
Many people just need tables and chairs.
If you don’t have everything to rent right away you need to have the best price to attract customers. Your advantage when just starting out is that you can charge a low price because you don’t have the same overhead as a big company. The only advantage of having everything for rent is that you can get bigger customers who want everything and capitalize on being able to charge a big price to fufill a tall order that little rental companies wouldn’t be able to even quote due to lack of inventory, processes and professionalism.
You can grow at every stage. Just remember to always have good customer service and clean rentals.

I haven’t. I would be cautious about specialty items that people are asking for. I have learned the hard way. When people ask for something constantly it’s better to have it on your website at a premium price to gauge it. Many people want things until they know the price. Flooring is one of those things that customers think is cheap and they change their mind quickly once they see the price.
I make my flooring move by hiding the price inside full tent table chair packages.
