Richness is present in it Zafran, Milk cream etc ... Hydrabadi biryani but Lucknow Pulow .....famousall over the world Pilof or Pillow direct lineage with Persian , Turkish and arabian..... Hyderabad Is off course biryani lineage from Barbarian Mongols 😮 full of spices, they used Mint because after eating to much spices they need something to control stomach,hence they add to much Mint.

At first, I didn’t feel any taste. Thought this is the first and last time I m preparing this biryani. Was more disappointed while thinking what my family will say. But when my hubby and son ate it, they just loved it. Hubbyesaid this was the best biryani I ever prepared 🥰. Mera pett bhar Gaya 😍. Son just loved it. Thank you chef🙏
I am a very big fan of biryani, but never heard of Awadhi biryani. Plus the copper utensil which you have used is great. The taste of any cooked food in copper is amazing. I have to arrange copper utensils from some where.

Very nice and very authentic. But big no, no to mint leaves. The specialty of Awadhi Biryani is no over powering taste of greens like coriander, mint or even green chillies. It has a very subtle, aromatic tastes of spices, meat and aromatic waters. In nawabs times baearchis used to add ittar (essence) of kewada, rose and sandalwood. Thanx for sharing.
In Kolkata two types of ittars are used for biriyani- rice ittar and mitha ittar. No green chili, no mint, no coriander, no cashew are used. Shah jeera, jayphal, javitri, saffron, kewda water, rosewater, aloo Bokhara(prunes) are used.
