Ian McLagan said that they mistakenly hired Tetsu Yamauchi whose style was not the best fit for their music. However, it sounded pretty good to me.
Tetsu surely did not have the artistry of Ronnie Lane, but if you listen he added to the band sound on stage and he was a competent bassist.
Who would quit such a great band?Bully for Tetsu!

Does anyone know what happened to Tetsu? I read somewhere people have been looking for him and no one knows what happened to him, thanks
He retired a while ago; considers playing rock'n'roll at his age to be undignified.
