Let’s be honest Giacomini’s technique is very good. The two main things that sets him apart from other tenor is that he has a lot of ring in his voice and then he can cover very early in the range, like on D4 or even C4

Also, our American public educational system got rid of majority of the languages it used to teach. When I went through the public school system they only taught Spanish and French as foreign languages. 20 years earlier they taught 6 languages including Latin and Japanese.

The thing is there are voices (not many) directly connected with emotions and feelings. And there are other types of voices that imitate this link. Its a natural gift impossible to be cultivated.
Giacomini's intonation is so beautiful, I simply never think about it when I'm listening to him, and this is very rare.
