That's every card game though. The idea is that it's more consistent than Rngstone, since it relies less on powerful cards having random elements (i.e. yog or tuskar). Draw aspects and actual knowledge about the game make it feel more rewarding to play.
Not really, none of the tier 1 decks in top ranks using Satan (maybe a few Dragon decks using him and that's it).
Is it confirmed for PC or is it just wishful thinking?

You can actually hear that he is excited about this game. There are a few sponsered videos were he has no idea what he's talking about when he's referring to certain mechanics. I guess he enjoys the fact that you are actually able to play some sort of control deck in this game other than hearthstone.
Le Video agreed, you see him playing Hearthstone and there's times where he is really fed up. It's nice to see him enjoy other games and enjoy streaming them. No person plays just one game, sometimes you need to take a break from a game. Blizzard try to find their way around this by releasing expansions for HS so often.

Not a lot of cards do banish though and i don't even think every class has access to a generic banish any minion. Mordecai is one of the strongest legendaries in the game for sure. Only let down by the fact he's a slow 5/5 for 8. He's no Forte who's a 5/1 for 6 with charge and can't be attacked.

Yes, that's rune's spellboost ability, he dumped a lot of mana into spells so that he could summon it with 1 mana later.

it's actually kind of an arcane giant 7/7, the more spell you play, the lower the cost, it started at 10, unlike 12, and the card must be in your hand when you cast the spells, so I guess it's a nerfed version of arcane giant

Just a quick comparison between this and Hearthstone. In HS, a great player with a good deck will have a 50-55% win rate. In SV, a great player with a good deck will have close to an 80% win rate. With a deemphasis on RNbullshit and simple ways to deal with hyper aggro, player skill actually matters. More importantly, home brew decks can quite easily beat top tier net decks when teched correctly.
Blizzard should take notes, but instead they cater specifically towards fan desires. People want aggro and they'll always get it because giving players what they want at the expense of a game's integrity is priority number 1 with that company.

I've only been playing Shadowverse for a small amount of time, but I haven't gotten beaten by bs rng. I've gotten beaten by people who sacrifice early game to pull out very strong endgame cards, and I've also gotten beaten by people's who's cards work very well together. Also the game gave me 38 packs free for just completing the tutorial, so I've already gotten 5 legendaries and can craft 2 right now if I wanted from the free vials(dust) it gave me. Out of the 2 years I've played Hearthstone (on and off again albeit) I've gotten 3 legendaries opening packs. The rest of my legendaries I've bought the solo adventures for, or I have crafted.

Slapping Satan (original name) down on the board and getting all those insane cards is one of the most fun experiences I've seen in any card game. I wish Hearthstone had an equivalent like that.
This game is VERY generous with giving cards, and it's pretty fun. got 10 legendaries or so when I opened my 20-ish packs that they give you for starting.
I also started the game with a runcraft deck with spellboost, Prince of Darkness, pre-nerfed Archmage and Lucifer! Turns out you can get legendaries easier here.
I really like when Kripp also plays other games than Hearthstone, so keep those vids coming!

LOL, the very first thought that came to mind when I played Shadowverse for the first time and saw the prince of darkness card was to make a Mage control deck with almost the exact same cards that you have.
This game is surprisingly good. It's like what Hearthstone would be if it were well balanced.

It's so funny how they ask Kripp to never ever even once mention Heartstone, and he even refrains from calling HP of a minion "Health", probably because of that.

Jack Winterheld 'health' is a hearthstone term. 'Defense' is the proper term in most card games, that's why he never says 'health'.

I think people misunderstand the "hate" caused by these sponsored videos. The problem is not the existence of the videos, it's the fact that they replace one of the daily videos. We don't care about these games. Personally, 9 o'clock for me is Kripp time every day, and I hate when I see some sponsored anime HS/MTG copycat video. If Kripp uploaded the regular 2 HS videos AND a sponsored video, I wouldn't care, go ahead and make more money, good for you... but this way, the HS fans get less content. But still, it's Kripp's choice, and he probably has no time to make 3 videos a day. No reason to dislike, just FeelsBadMan.

Mordecai isn't a legendary, he's only a Rare.
The Necromancer legendaries are:
9 Mana 8/8 with: "If you have at least 4 other minions, reduce the cost of this minion to 0 and it has 'Fanfare: Destroy all allied minions'
9 Mana 1/1 with: "Fanfare: Destroy an enemy minion and add its health and damage to this minion."
5 Mana 3/3 with: "Fanfare: Add Coco [1 cost spell: deal 2 damage to a enemy] and Mimi [1 cost spell: Give a friendly minion +2/+0"
But honestly, Mordecai is better than all of them in the late game.
Kripp dropping those 1 mana 7/7s. I only started this game a few days ago and I opened the Prince of Darkness in a pack, haven't gotten chance to try it out yet but it looks really cool.

first impressions of this game is that its legit better than HS, limited only by the fact that its not hosted by a big company like blizzard and its restricted to mobile(for now). its insanely easy to get the cards you need to make a particular deck you want just by playing the game and made even easier by rerolling.
no card can defeat ( Heavenly Aegis ) legendary card from Havencraft deck.
Reda Haskouri Original is that the 9 mana 8/8, it's insane, too bad I don't have one and it takes more dust to craft legendaries in this game :|
Kripp, if you somehow read this, please write "paid promo" or something in the title. I know you say it in the beginning of the video and in the description, but I've been told it's required or at least strrongly recommended to put it in the title as well (because some people don't read descriptions and skip the beginning of the video). I doubt you'll get in any trouble if you don't, but you could do it just to be sure
While it isn't difficult at all for Kripp to do this;
1. All of his Hearthsotne Vids are called "[Hearthstone] Content-related title" while this one starts with [Shadowverse]. It's pretty fucking obvious that this isn't a HS vid, don't you think? I almost exclusively watch the Shadowverse vids and I still saw this.
2. You clicked on the vid without taking into account 1. because obviously Kripp only plays HS. You see 5 seconds of a video and looked at the description to find it is not a HS vid. You spent maybe 10 seconds of your life and a small amount of data. Surely it's not that huge a problem. Definitely not enough to warrant writing a comment spending another 30~60 seconds of your oh so precious time which you could have used to watch HS content.
Really, it's not hard to read and it's not much to lose.

Have people actually played this game or are they just shitting on it because it isn't HS? Shadowverse is actually excellent. There is significantly less rng and the arena draft system is much better than HS.
yo I have to say some things-
first, Mordecai isn't a legendary
second, this Shadowcraft was simply an awful player
third, you said a 2/2 for 2 mana is good and called Skeleton Knight awful wich is most of the times a 2/2 for 1 mana
fourth, Satan is just a stupid no skill card and I really hope he get changed soon because like you said there is no counterplay to these cards. Runecraft is the only class who can deal with these minions in terms of removing them from the board.
fifth, btw Runecraft is most likely the worst class to play ranked
I have yet to watch the vid, but regarding the point on Skeleton Knight: you can't just say it's usually a 2/2 for 1 Mana and therefore it's a better than a 2-drop. Assuming you play it on curve, that is, turn 1, it's a 1/1 which is worse than pretty much every other 1-drop in the game (even Gobllin), and played later it consumes a shadow and is worse than Spartoi Sergeant which gives you one instead.
While Satan/Prince of Darkness itself is indeed a card which is pretty straightforward, it doesn't need to reall be changed as it requires the player to play a deck which can safely play a very understatted 10-drop and not lose on the following turn. There is some degree of counterplay although not much against the apocalypse deck, but more importantly you should not be losing to Satan if you already had your win condition on turn 11, which almost every viable deck does. If you're simply having bad matchups, try a different deck. It is almost certainly you that is causing the pain against Satan, not the design of the card itself.
so you wanna tell me that almost every aggressive type of Shadowcraft is wrong by playing the Knight rather than playing the Goblin? The Knight gives you the shadow back if he dies and you can't call it a good point by yourselfe if you say you usually play a 1drop on turn 1 because you got a deck of 40 cards. you got this 1 drop porbably in 1 out of 4 games in the beginning (if you have it 2 times in your deck).
to Satan: I have seen Dragoncrafts pulling out this card on turn 7 and I did it myself a couple of times on turn 8. Also Havencraft for example can stall the game to the very late game to make him work. I've never said that Satan is a good card in every type of deck! And if you look at the SV forum you will see that a lot of people have the same opinion like me that Satan has to get removed or at least changed.
As I said in the earlier comment, I have yet to watch the vid. If I seem to be missing something, that is why.
Should Aggro Shadow be running Knight or Goblin? I'm no Shadow player so I can't say for sure, but I've seen a handful of decks playing Goblin in A+ ranks and not Skeleton as the Necromancy is a liability on the Knight, which instead you'd want on Phantom Howl or something later on. Also, my point on playing on curve is ever so important here; Knight is a 1/1 on turn 1, while Goblin is a 1/2. Both have 1 attack but one is so much easier to remove. This is important on turn 1 but the 1 attack may not mean much later on. You said a deck is 40 cards so playing on curve is unlikely, but 25% of games is still pretty common. f the 1 drop meant the difference in winning and losing, that means 1 in 4 games your Skeleton Knight/Goblin choice can actually matter. You said it gives back the 1 shadow when it dies but so does every other card. Goblin is a +1 shadow on death while Knight is ±0. That's a difference. Goblin>Skeleton Knight is completely fine.
About Satan: Yes, Dragon can cheat him out earlier in the game. But I've used Dimension Shift on turn 7 to win without giving any more turns to the opponent. I've won on turn 6 using Aggro Shadow and Royal. On the other hand I've won against a player 3 cards into the Apocalypse Deck. You're simply complaining because it wins when it comes out, but you don't even see it when the opponent loses before finding the opportunity to play it at all. Haven's ability to survive and Dragon's ramping make it easier to play Satan but it doesn't work that way every time, every game. As often as Haven stalls into it or Dragon ramps into it, somebody aggro's the deck before Satan can even be played.Haven doesn't eve have any other win condition until tomorrow. It's a powerful win condition that is strong when played, but is actually hard to play every game. Also, people agreeing with you on forums doesn't make you right. I'm sure there are also people who disagree with you.

I've actually never seen Goblin beeing played above A rank rather than the Knight. strange. Furthermore if you rely on 1 or 2 shadows in the mid to late game you're deck simply doesn't work well. Shadowcraft has a lot of shadow gain mechanics especially in the early game so you want to spend them and not just save them for the late game. That would cost you too much tempo. At least during my experiences.
About Satan again: I mean what kind of point is this to compare ramping out Satan on turn 8 with pulling out Dimension Shift on turn 7. That happens probably in like 1 out of 15 games but ramping out Satan happens more frequently for sure. Trust me, I've seen it many many times.
If I got you right you're pointing out that Satan doesn't do shit against aggro built decks. Yeah, you can say this about almost every other legendary in the game or lemme say this more clearly, you can say this about almost every other late game card in the game. Maybe I have to tell you that I hate playing aggro or against aggro because it requires so damn less skill than playing control.
And actually yeah, a lot of people disagree with me and others about changing or banning Satan but not because they're saying that he's not op. The main reason to not banning him is that he is a neutral card but doesn't fir in every deck. You kinda need to built a deck around him where you are relying on him as a win condition. So although he's neutral he's still not flexible enough to be a really good card. But still if you're in a control matchup he will turn the tides instantly in the favour for the player who played him. No doubt about that!
I've watched the vid now. I was commenting as you said something I didn't quite agree with.
You've never seen Goblin in Aggro Shadow? That is indeed strange, but I can't argue about your experiences. You said a deck shouldn't rely on 1 or 2 shadows in the late game, but I think that the 1 or 2 will sometimes make the difference, and that difference justifies running Goblin. But more importantly, the card that the 1 shadow is most important for in Aggro Shadow is Phantom Howl - a turn 4 card. That is in no way the late game and is also a card you would be playing on turn 4 very often. Assuming you play a card every turn prior to it, the 1 shadow makes quite a difference as it could mean 1 immediate face damage or flexible removal. Of course, saving up Shadows to a huge amount in Shadow is silly, unless playing a Deathly Tyrant deck, but that doesn't mean you should be spending it on giving +1/+1 to a 1/1 which makes very little difference to 1/2 for free past the early game.
Why is comparing Dimension Shift on turn 7 relevant to Turn 8 Satan? That means that there are cases DS can outspeed Satan. And that the Satan deck was too slow for the Rune. Which means Satan wasn't 'broken' that game. Of course, it isn't every game either, but that is the same with Satan. You can't tell me "I've seen Satan on turn 8 more than I have Shift that early" and just expect me to believe you, and even if that is true it doesn't mean much as I know Satan Dragon is more popular than Shift Witch. Naturally you'd see the popular one more. There are quite a few win conditions in the game and Satan is among the slowest. If you can't outspeed Satan you're probably playing a bad deck, playing badly or unlucky. Likely a combination of 2 or more.
I'm not saying that Satan 'doesn't do shit' against Aggro, but rather pointing out that Aggro decks are among the many decks that can win before Satan has a chance of being played (actually, Dimension Shift is faster than Haven playing Satan in most games). And yes, most late game cards are outsped by aggro/aggressive plays. That's exactly my point and why Satan is not broken. If you can't play a card in half the games you draw it the card is probably not that good. And you dislike playing against or with Aggro? By telling me this you imply I have reason to care, but if I were to say something, playing Control only to be outsped by a Satan Dragon is a choice YOU are making, not everyone. There's probably an Aggro-only player out there complaining that Revelation is broken as it gets them every time. If you dislike being hit by Satan so much but don't like Aggro there is always Midrange. If you're still not content, you're complaining about a card that happens to be effective against decks you like to play without trying to adapt. This actually applies to your stance against Aggro too. You're just not trying to adapt to a card/decktype that gets played and instead complaining about it as if others are at fault for doing what they want to do.
If a certain card doesn't fit in every deck, requires you to play effectively to use it well and is the win condition in the deck.... then it's not really broken, is it? I know that he is a pretty good card, and the Apocalypse Deck he offers is extremely powerful, but again I will say he IS NOT broken. He takes over 10 turns (outside Dragon) to be used to win, and offers a small body on the turn he is played. Also, you said playing him turns the tide in a control matchup (again, that thing about how Control is not the only archetype in the game), but that's a bit innacurrate - he doesn't do so on the turn he is played bu the next turn, when the first Apocalypse card is available for play. If you are playing Control and you anticipated a Satan, it's not hard to have played to finish the game by turn 12 (where most Control decks would have won anyway).
Hope you continue doing videos like this! Shadowverse is better than Hearthstone in my opinion. The evolve effect makes it for me. Excited for the new update to come out on my birthday, 100+ new cards!
My main gripe about this game is that after playing it I felt like I wasted so much time and money on Hearthstone. Now, I just put in minimal effort on 40g HS dailies so it sort of doesn't go to waste.
if you are tired of hearthstone rng give this game a shot. and it's honestly really well made and not much rng.

It's technically a Arcane Giant, costs less when you cast a spell and he evolved it to give it +2+2 and charge, evolve is a limited resource in each match. You get 2 evolves if you go first, and 3 if you go second. All explained in this video.
And this is from me who has never heard about this game before... Not hard being observant...
In Hearthstone you can play arcane golem for 0 which is 8/8 and as warr you can give it +2 attack and charge. IK the warr deck with this many spells is not that viable but it's possible

The new nerfs for shaman on hearthstone are fucking amazing. Tuskarr only summons a basic totem and 2 mana rockbiter. We also don't have to worry about enraging worgen cancer decks from Warriors. The "charge" spell card makes it so the minions can't attack heroes on the turn.

Maybe try a ramp Dragoncraft deck to get Prince of Darkness out really early. OP cards is best cards.

I really enjoy seeing your shadowverse videos. Its nice to see some new cardgames. Seeing the same game can get abit repetitive. I stil enjoy your heart vids but variation and branching out is key and a safe card if hearthstone isnt as fun to you anymore in the future.
I play a fairly similar deck, and I put a prince of Darkness too, "for when my deck run out of cards", but I'm not sure how well it fits into this spellboost archetype anymore. If you get to the point where you can play prince of Darkness, either you win because you can control the board and OTK your opponent a few turns after, either you lose to aggro decks and charging minions.
Also, why do you put a conjure twosome in that deck? :O

I really don't like Satan/Prince of Darkness because the apocalypse deck can put any opponent on a guaranteed 2 turn clock if drawn well. Set your opponent to 1 hp, then deal 7 to face.

the moment i saw control prince of darkness I knew it was runecraft its the best deck out there right now is like a rouge that has never been nerfed
Runecraft was up in tier one sometime this week. Even if it's back in tier two again it's better than where half of the Hearthstone classes are atm.
the current best is mid-range swordcraft i believe

I think swordcraft is easier to play because it has fanfare summon card and storm cards, you just need to balance commanders and officers for combo. But try other class/the meta decks too so you won't get bored or salty because your main class get destroyed by meta decks.
11:20 that skeleton isn't bad, 1 necromancy isn't much and u can basiclly get 2 mana minion for 1. not op, but decent.
