    Great to see the progress! Smolov is tough, especially the last two sessions on the last week, but getting through it is rewarding on many levels. Good work!

      I feel very blessed for having access to such a detailed and complete program such as the Smolov Jr companion Marcus.
      It is ruthless, but the results are mind bogling, and I leave each session feeling like I'm one step closer to becoming a Demi God. Great stuff!
      Thank you for everything 💪🏻😊

      About to start this program next week.. from the calculator.. the first two days of the week seems rather easy.. better to undershoot than overshoot right?.. @@OlimpioTheGreat

      @@IamLEGENDkb24 I won't lie and tell you that it was easy since what's more challenging is the Volume itself!

    ayy bro just wondering - so did you do two smolov jr programs back-to-back? Did you go from 120KG-140KG during that time frame? Thanks Again!

      @OlimpioTheGreat  11 місяців тому +1

      Hey man. Basically yea.
      I used to hit 120kg consistently, I probably could do 125kg but never tried it.
      Once I did both programs 140 was where my PR was at. (Mind you this was touch and go very different from a paused bench)

    Quite grueling. Should I run it twice in a row for those quick gains? Also do you keep ur strength

      Hey lad, since some time passed now I understand that it wasn't just a matter of "quick" gains in strength but more of an untapped territory of training that I never did previously so it unlocked my potential. Mind you that I had never pushed myself on the bench that much. So to answer your question, yes but make sure you're resting properly, eating well and take a deload between training blocks.
      Other thing is: I am now competing in powerlifting and so my bench needs to be paused and my butt cannot go up in the air. Because of that my numbers have Taken a toll but my strength is much greater and if I tried "touch and go" now my numbers would stay the same or even be higher.
