It's made in advance I know from experience people get pissed if you interrupt their exercise and saying you are a trainer is very stupid and will get you arrested in any gym no matter if it's a joke or not. But it's nice content, totally, without doubt prepared with the people in advance though.

It’s actually the opposite, having enhanced muscle mass doesn’t mean you’re strong, I’ve seen guys his size and they’re 3 times stronger than a very buff guy

this amazing guy shows you dont need to be huge to do large weights.. just have the knowledge and he has such a great personality .. so good to watch .. no violence, no swearing.. just a good prank which shows the weightlifting world the massive amount of trainers not showing the right techniques
this guy also has unreal tendon strength. his form is flawless when he gets serious but its also many many years in the making.

some of the guys were being really nice, being responsible and protective which is something very valuable in a gym.
Lifting the deadlift weight with one hand is the best. (Here and in the other videos.) And it is nice how everyone at the gyms is so friendly and supportive.
I envy these people for one and only one thing: how is it possible to be so patient?! I have found this channel by accident but it sort trying to show me where I'm sick in my life. I don't have 1% of this patience with my own self let alone with others!

So now I've been binge watching these videos since I found this channel three days ago. My favorite part, like everyone else, are the reactions from people once "Anatoly" shows what he's capable of. However, what's even better is in EVERY video, watch how quickly the body language of the women change. It's like flipping a switch. In nearly every case they go from being slightly annoyed, to being obviously attracted, and you can 100% see it in their body language. It's so cool how their body language tells the story; as if they're subconsciously trying to communicate that they're now available to him. It's ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS!

As a gymhead with over 40 years in the gym you'll find that most people in the gym are very supportive. Having trained at many gyms around the world I will add that some gyms are better than others. There is a gym out there for every type of trainer. Just do it. It's a great way to make friends and get in shape.
