Coleman Shrimp on Fire Urchin Symbiosis Living

Back in Lembeh, Indonesia my dive guide found a grouping of 6 Variable Fire Urchins (Asthenosoma varium) that had a couple Coleman Shrimp (Periclimenes coleman) living on them. The coleman shrimp and fire urchin live in symbiosis where the vulnerable shrimp gets protection from predators by taking advantage of the host's venom-tipped spines and the urchin is unharmed by the association.
